I did this before and even had the guilty party turn themselves in on a page that read that they will ignore any police orders to shut their music off and insulting the neighbors and enforcement officers in using their own words against them... They thought that they were signing the petition and not a letter that would get them run out of town... The best thing was that I was the mayor of the town and I did these ordinance calls in disguise... I was getting sick of them myself and had to result in carbon paper to get rid of them... I just put their words out on the carbon paper they signed beforehand with every insult aimed at the prominent families in town and the mayor who I quoted them as not being qualified to run a lemonade stand...let alone a city... How many can say that their first campaign promise kept is still making money for the city...with only one fare per trip increase (a quarter to fifty cents) over 35 years of service??? It also took three months to get rid of the other problem after getting restraining orders against them so that we wouldn't wring their sorry excuses for necks... It wasn't worded that way...but their necks were definitely mentioned... I think the words " Huge pains in the" was written somewhere beforehand...😹😹😹 THAT'S HOW you get rid of people like that...use their own words against them...
I would Check the cameras for the times that he turns the radio on off. Establish why he’s doing it . Then report it to the police for harassment. But I would break his radio myself 😂
