Hey thank you!! Glad to help :) I never upload from a pc/laptop personally, instagram is a mobile phone app and has better features on the latter, personally I do my organising editing everything on laptop, but my final steps are on the mobile :)

So, the downloaded reels don't have good quality and resolution. So, please suggest some apps or softwares to increase the resolution and quality of the reels to upload on Instagram.

There is always random outliers. I don't know what you watch but I don't see any random cat videos lol on my explore pages. Cat's and Meme's get a lot of likes but they don't do anything really unless you are a massive MEME page. I am not sure what you mean by this, but if you think quality doesn't matter or actually caring about your content, then I am not sure what else I can say

Honestly, when your account becomes BIG it will mostly be option 1, but as you grow option 2 is useful, I would do 50/50. :)
