Hi Charlie, I run a brand that sells travel products. We currently spend anywhere between 30-50K per day atm. We currently run a 2 campaign setup. Abo testing new creatives + a scaling cbo with 1 broad ad set. We take the post ID and just throw it in the scaling cbo ad set. We don't do targeting/lookalikes/retargeting/exclusions at all. We focus on very broad appeal ads as we don't want to limit our audience. Most of our spend in the CBO goes to the top 3-4 ads, we cycle in new ads every week. What I am seeing is that our spend doesn't make CPA go up. 10K spend or 40K spend same CPA. We are currently limited by inventory but in a few months we are able to go spend 50-100K per day. Do you recommend to keep creating new creatives to improve CPA? What would you do in our case? We are super profitable 20% but we would rather have more of course.
Hi Thom/Svan - I run a jewelry brand with my partner and we are looking to scale to a similar level of spend (currently trying to spend about 10k-40k a day during our busy period). Would love to share notes/connect if you are interested. I sent you a request on Linkedin. Eddie
I could imagine him saying if something is not broke do not try and fix it. He spent over 1M on one single ad. I would not change anything and just slowly increase your ad spend since you have a stable CPA. Since you have a stable CPA focus on the other key factors LTV and AOV.
ive always been afraid of scaling knowing my CPM and CPAs will rise and dont know how to combat it. i always thought JUST 1 Winner ad will do the trick, but multiple video was definitely better for hitting your ideal metrics. at one point in your video, were you suggesting that we use the 'same post id'?? what were your thoughts of it? hope you can reply here :))
Hey Charlie, been following you for quite a while now and it’s helped bring on a new media buying client recently (thanks for that!). I do have a question tho… this client targets internationally and I’m not too sure how to structure their ad account. Currently they run all ads from one account and target approx 15 countries. I’m considering creating separate ad accounts for each of the main countries (USA, Australia, etc.) but not sure if this is the best approach. Also the client sells over 150 different products… again I’m considering to only focus on 5 of their best products for the ads and then try to upsell other products on the back end. Any input would be appreciated?
How many ads per adset do you recommend professor Charley? And what's a good amount to start with per day? AOV is 400usd
So when we scale spend we should add new variations of the existing winning ads so there are more ads?
Marketing Masterclass 👌

@@thomasvandenheuvel3680this is exactly what I’m doing but at a lot lower spend. Very intriguing, can I message you on IG or something?

Still recommend 5% increase M/W/F?
