"Salvation will cost you nothing but discipleship with cost you everything." That is so true, that is why so many people carry the title of a Christian and are saved but don't allow themselves to be sanctified enough to be used because the cost of actually living for Jesus is high.

29. What the Catholic church did in the past is what the Protestants and the evangelicals, this new satanic caricature is doing. How can people believe that these spirits that act in those Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches, and others are the Holy Spirit? How can you have the Bible in your hands and ignore that the miracles of those diviners and fetish priests in jackets are not but the work of seduction? And this multitude of prophets that we have today work miracles and everyone jubilates. The red carpet is unfolded before them while the same people curse me. Salvation is the instant we believe the gospel. First Corinthians 1:1-4 Service or discipleship is sanctification. We are saved the minute we believe that gospel and are sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise, Ephesians 1:13. Now we should grow in grace. But salvation is a free gift. That means we have to do nothing to be saved but believe on Him as the only way of salvation by grace.
How we live after that is for rewards or lack of rewards in heaven, and if we go off and live in sin, He does chasten us as His own children, but He will never cast us out. John 6:37 John 10:28-29
We are all sinners, but Jesus died and paid our sin debt in full, so we do not have to go to hell to pay for them. Romans 4:6-8 I still sin, but all my sins are paid. First John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we are deceived and the truth is not in us.

For Jesus to be with us, we must OBEY Him as a way of life. I promise you He will comfort you. Take some money or food to homeless people in your area. Jesus blesses that mightily.
I'm guilty of the living comfortably lifestyle.. I need to learn how to sacrifice that. I'm also scared to die.. But as far as sharing the word and having a relationship with God I have no problem with. I've already gave up my relationship of 7 years with my ex boyfriend which was very hard and sentimental. But my relationship with God surpasses all others. I am indeed a 'baby Christian' so I have a LOT more to learn but I'm already learning the basics lol thanks Allen!!

Hmm hard to say it, people just say they are Christians but don't actually pray, study or anything.
Repentance Obedience and Love Those arent required for salvation yes you are correct but afterwards is the other side of the cross which is the renewal of the mind and christian maturity/growth then all those are necessary and could be considered as you stated "obedience to the Holy Spirit".
Without prayer,study,fellowship,teaching, then we all would plateau or not grow in the Spirit .Thats why we have alot of very carnal christian s also,yes they are saved but spiritiually immature because of lack of activitity with God via the ways He has giving to His church to worship and serve Him in Spirit and Truth.
The endgoal of God isnt just salvation just to save people actually salvation is the start line for the believer.Think of Paul comparing the christian life to a race a marathon i might add thats long yet testing and encouraging us to finish strong.Its called sanctification friend,its a lifelong process and every born again christian is in this stage till physical death or Christs return.God bless

We are saved and given the Holy Spirit who seals us unto the day of redemption when we receive the free gift of salvation by grace. Ephesians 1:13-4-30. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved though faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT of God not of works, what we do or do not do, lest any man should boast.
Jesus paid our sin debt in full so that we would not have to go to hell to pay for them. We all deserve to go to hell because we all sin..But Jesus blood sacrifice covers us from all sin forever. First John 2:2 And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world. But only to those who believe What Jesus did for us. We can not add what we do to what He has already done. Salvation is done, not do.
John 3:16 is true. John 3:18 We can never be condemned again. John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me HATH ETERNAL LIFE.
First John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
I believe that this stuff isn’t necessary but it’s always really really really important if people want to reach full potential.
Amen to this! This chapter in Luke has been such a journey for me to go through but the Lord is always good and faithful when you give your life and your will to him.

God is always right on time with what any of us needs to hear.
I really love this channel. I don't know how to study the Bible so when I read it I get really confused. This channel makes it easier to understand and the only reason I don't know how to interpret the Bible is because I never been to Bible studies as a kid sure we would go to church with my mom but I never understood much so this channel really helps me understand the work and words of God and of Jesus Christ which brings tears to my eyes because of how beautiful the Bible truly is ❤️
Aren’t we all called to be disciples ? Be and make disciples
We need faith yes, but only as a start. We MUST be obedient and bear fruits. If we dont, we will not be known to Christ! Christ says these very words himself. It perplexes me how many people believe you only need to believe. But good works follow faith!
The last few seconds of your video were the most important. Salvation costs us nothing, but cost Jesus everything. Salvation is Jesus picking up His cross in our place, discipleship is us deciding, "you know what? Jesus saved me like that? I wanna be like Jesus now. I'ma pick up my cross too." Salvation is a free gift by grace through faith. Discipleship is could be very costly, and it takes a constant denying of our fleshly desires and a seeking after God through the suffering because the rewards in eternity, to hear "well done my good and faithful servant!" are worth it.
We often confuse discipleship with salvation...we are saved by the obedience Jesus did alone...not by our own
That's not COMPLETELY True. Christian=Disciple=Saved. Because those who are saved are Christians and there is no biblical difference between what we consider a Christian and a disciple. so in order to understand how to be saved we must study out what it means to be a Christian/disciple. Now I'm not saying we can earn our salvation in any way but what I am saying is we must live like disciples cuz thats who God is coming back for his disciples/Christians. Now what did Christians do, they 1 believed in Christ, etc, and they are baptized, another fun one that people don't realize they baptized others, (Matthew 28:18-20) these are things that we must do. We must Make disciples and teach them to obey the word. all of these things encompass our salvation but it doesn't ADD to our salvation

He did all the work to save us: none of us can earn salvation.
So, if we believe in Him - that is, we've repented and trusted Him with our salvation - we should love Him, should we not?
And if so, we should keep His commandments, as He said.

Salvation is free, but eventually it will cost you everything if you’re a true disciple. You must love Jesus above everything. We have hundreds of opportunities to deny ourselves daily. Let’s do it!

God told me once if I am willing to give up everything to follow Him,even my family. And I was like " But God,I hurt them" and He told me " Don't you know that a disciple didn't bury his father and followed Me?" ( and I looked online to be sure it was Him the one who spoke to me. And I found Luke 9:59-62)
And He also asked me if I am willing to leave everythig and follow Him even if it means persecution from my family. And I said yes.
Now I am scared of myself. What if I mess things up? You know,the spirit is strong but the flesh is weak.
My family persecuted me( not exactly persecution. I could call it a small persecution compared with what our brothers and sisters go through in countries where christianity is forbbiden) . Please pray that God will open their eyes. Now it seems peace in my family.But it may be the peace before the war ..

l too was caught up in world religion and not true Religion of God, which is to worship God in Spirit and truth.
Jesus tried to warn of outward worship such as praying and tithing in public. He said to do these in private.
God is a Spirit and wants us to worship Him as such. So when we do things publicly it's more for us.
That is why the Kingdom of God is within us. It is not out in the world.
I broke away from the world religion. A lot less drama in my life. I rely on what God brings my way everyday. I read the Word of God daily for instructions.
We are to astablish the Kingdom first inside us. Then everything else will fall into place.
It's not easy, because like you I was use to living in the world kingdom. Life is much better living with God freely in Spirit. Letting God rule and reign over my thoughts.
He never tells me how sinful I am, or that I am not doing enough. He never starts gossip or does back bitting of others.
The more I was aligned with God's Spirit, I noticed more of this in world religion and my spirit was telling me this was not from God but from human.
I honestly believe that God warns us of who we call our master and Father by who we allow to guide us.
Just because everyone else is doing it a worldly way to worship God, doesn't mean it is right for the Sons and Daughters of the living God.
For God is a Spirit. His Kingdom is not of this world.
Basically what it came down to is that I now have Christ Jesus guiding me to God and not any other human. For Jesus is without sin. The perfect human example to follow. Wouldn't you agree?

This is the video I needed to see. It has been troubling my mind for weeks now. This is why I was led to the channel. Everything you mentioned for disciples is all my soul desires for, but my unclean shell is getting in the way with lust and seeking out a good life. I always know where my heart is at but Satan has a grip, I feel his hands around my ankles when I lay down for bed. I have a Testimony from surviving a coma and want to get it out, but this video showed me I literally need to be all or nothing to get it out In the right way with the correct words. The ultimate sacrifice was to be a DISCIPLE of Jesus during the lifetime of Christ- with the expectation of bearing first hand witness to his gospels, miracles, resurrection and then setting an example for the Christian’s and saints to come. Disciples and saints have a very special place in heaven!

Jesus came to show us what it is like to live in the Kingdom of God.
He preached on this often. He came physically to show us to crucify ourselves daily. Take on the mindset of Christ which we all know is God who came in flesh.
A renewing of our mind. Love God most then our will, will align with God's Will. To live in the Kingdom of God and be Sons and Daughters of the living God is to study all that Jesus said and did daily. Meditate upon Jesus' teachings until we have the understanding and reduce ourselves to nothing in order for God to guide us, for a greater purpose. Worship God in Spirit and in truth. For God is a Spirit and wants to be Worshipped as such. God is not impressed by the worship in the world.
We get so caught up in World religion, we forget that true Religion is done in Spirit and truth.
We must allow Jesus to sit on the thrown in our mind and rule and reign. When we do we are living in God's Kingdom. It is no longer our kingdom.
We then trust God for everything! We give God credit for everything! That is the child-like faith.
Just as we didn't take credit for what our earthly parents did when we were children.
We are to have this mindset with God.
Give all love, credit and respect to God for all things.

Jesus commands us to make disciples in mathew 28:16-20. I was made into a disciple 2 years ago. Went through Bi le studies, gave up everything to become one and got baptised in that order. Now I'm on a mission to make disciples. A church should be making disciples.

I'm just glad to hear a good speaker speak on the truth of the Gospel. I am very devoted man of God and u don't hear too many speak on the truth of Jesus Christ so many phonies out there leading people astray for their own profits and that makes me angry. Thank you for covering this serious topic on your video. As for me I finally had to leave all of my wicked foes alone especially and including my own ungodly family members. Because I noticed while I spoke to and lived with them in the past and had fellowship with them I was becoming once again like them. And I did not want the true proverb to slowly come to pass by in returning back to my old sinful lifestyle and evil ways; and let my light go out. I also, refused to not ever return back to and become as a dog returning back to her own vomit as the Word of God says.
My family members are all rich and evil, and they hate God and love money and are devil worshippers. And I have become poor for the kingdom of heavens sake, but now I'm rich in faith towards Christ. Now after following my Savior Christ Jesus, I rejoice that I was once homeless at one time, fired from jobs or forced to quit, criticized. And now for following Jesus, I'm also, despised, hated, called many hateful names, mocked, name put out as evil etc. But Jesus is oh so worthy of trusting, believing in, fearing and knowing; I'm honored in being a born again Christian and a now a faithful and true disciple obtained only by grace in following Christ. Look at what my Lord Jesus endured even to the point of death of hanging on the tree[ cross] and I considered what Jesus did for me in order to be saved from my many sins. I
