Thank you so much! I'm very new to sewing... basically, so new I haven't actually done any sewing yet, but I'm getting an old machine that I was given tuned up, and once that's done, the learning shall begin! I know it's a step by step, technique by technique process, and I've been enjoying some sewing videos while waiting for the machine to be ready. All that to say that, thanks to you, I think I may have the first pattern I will try when I'm ready to brave doing knits, with that Core T-Shirt. I know from way back when my mom sewed that anything with any stretch could be a pain in the butt, so I'm not rushing into it, but I got that pattern, looked at it, think I understand most of what I was looking at, and it feels doable... eventually. Looking forward to watching more of your videos and learning whatever I can from you along my upcoming sewing adventure.
This is so awesome! I will say I was terrified to try sewing with knits. But, once I finally did, turns out it’s actually not so bad. I’m very excited to be a part of your sewing journey, this is so lovely to hear. Welcome to the club, happy to have you!! 💛💛💛
Thank you for the info. Love your personality. Concerning your seasonal allergies: research oxylates in your diet. Cutting down oxylates should help. Also, LOCAL honey can help. I learned this from my beekeeping sister. The bees get pollen from your area and a spoonful of such honey now and then should help. I named my daughter Allegra before it became the name of an allergy medicine. Fortunately, I don't have any allergies.
I’ve heard that about local honey! Thanks for reminding me, definitely gonna try to pick some up at my local farmers market soon. It’s funny because whenever I hear the name Allegra I always think of the show “Allegra’s Window” but that’s probably because I’m a 90’s kid 😂 Thanks for watching, Michele!
Just so you know, nearly all surfer girls wear a type of suit called a rash guard. Some wear bottoms that look like bike shorts as well. To protect their skin. They often come with SPF 50 and in lots of cute styles and prints. There are even some free patterns online. Hope this helps and you have a great weekend. Mrs. K.
Love the "Sweet Pea Blouse" pattern. I was just going to print it up, but am finding no print measurement gauge box on the pattern to make sure my printer is printing the pattern at the proper proportion. Am I missing it?
Hi Kim! It doesn't look like the measurement box is included on the pattern, but you could always try contacting the pattern designer on their website (linked in the video description) to find out more about printing instructions. Thanks for watching, take care! 💛
Just had a "¡Thank you Jesus!" moment ~ *FINALLY* ~ some cute, wearable, *fashionable* free patterns. Because of course I have 900 boxes of "Big 5" patterns (dating back to the 60's when my sister started kindergarten) and as recent as 2 weeks ago when Joann's had their most recent Vogue pattern sale. But also, because *none of those* inspire me to pull out my shears and cut into my carefully curated -or purchased on a revenge shopping whim- fabrics. WTFrench-cheese *is it* about the words "free patterns" that make me want to put deadbolts on the sewing room doors (which are glass BTW, so not particularly helpful) and go full hermit and do nothing but sew for weeks on end? Please tell me I'm not alone in the "free patterns set my creative gasoline on fire" feelings! All this is to say, "*THANK YOU!*" for a lovely introduction to some actually desirable patterns, and especially for the inspiration!
I totally get what you mean! I think the free aspect makes the project a little more low stakes, which helps me feel more adventurous and ready to CREATE! Thanks so much for watching, glad you found some inspiring patterns to try 💛💛
Hey there! I just double checked the link for the Luna Tank, and it looks like it is still available for free download, so maybe give it another try? However, you do need to sign up for her newsletter in order to get the download, so that could be where the issues were coming from? 💛💛
I'm so sorry, that's actually my bad! Another user pointed out that for the Charlotte Dress, the *instructions* are free, but the pattern itself is paid. I've updated the description to make that distinction clear (bc i totally missed it!) 🙈
Hey there, Daniella! All patterns are linked individually in the description (the links will direct you to the sites where the patterns can be downloaded) 😉
Too bad it costs so much to print them up.. I bought my first online pattern the other day, e-mailed it to hubby to print and he said it’s 53 pages… So I brought it to Staples, a 16$ shirt pattern cost me 39$ to print!😩😬😳
I know- so many of these patterns were free at the time of recording this video, but have since switched to being paid 😓 Still- a lot of great options out there and still some incredible patterns to try
The patterns your provided seriously inspired me to work on my summer wardrobe! Thanks for including options with sleeves 💖
Oh yay! That was exactly my goal with this vid, so I'm super happy to hear that!! Thanks for watching 💛
Same I have so much inspiration now
Oh Kayle you are hilarious 😅 I’m having a great evening - binge watching you whilst sewing. Plus I’m on my second glass of red wine. Cheers my dear!!!
You go, Shelley!! Thanks for watching & cheers to you, love! 🥂😂💛

Hello, I am trying to get the charlotte dress pattern, but I cannot figure out how to get it for free? What might I be doing wrong?
I'm so sorry, that's actually my bad! Another user pointed out that for the Charlotte Dress, the *instructions* are free, but the pattern itself is paid. I've updated the description to make that distinction clear (bc i totally missed it!) 🙈
Thank you x
Amazing! Those Fiber Mood patterns tho 😍
I knoooow!! They are the stuff of dreams 😍🙌🏻
Super
There's no audio, but man those are some cute free patterns!
Great collection of patterns. Just for you to know: the Charlotte dresspattern isnt free, the instructions are but not the pattern itself.
Aaaaaaah sneaky! Thanks for the tip 👌🏻👌🏻
Hi Goodnight how do I download the patterns? I'm not seeing the download link
Hey there, Daniella! All patterns are linked individually in the description (the links will direct you to the sites where the patterns can be downloaded) 😉
How to take these patterns
Nice
Thank you, just found ya
Thanks for watching, Brenda 💛💛
Party people! 😂 tell me you watch Zoe Hong without telling me you watch Zoe Hong ❤
Ya know, I actually haven’t before but now you got me curious and I gotta check ‘em out!
Too bad it costs so much to print them up..

So I brought it to Staples, a 16$ shirt pattern cost me 39$ to print!😩😬😳
Oh no! I usually do print at home for exactly this reason. It takes wayyyyyy more time, but definitely cost effective!
These are pretty simple tops that you can make without a pattern
Love a nice, simple sew! Thanks for watching, Rosemary 💛💛
💎🙏🎼🦋🌈🪷🧩🛸
Design may be "free" but when you have to download then print, free doesn't enter the picture, esp. if you must download instructions also.
Oops yes there is, it was my phone 🤣
Oh good, I'm glad it worked out bc you just gave me a small 😬 moment for a second there! 🤣 thanks for watching 💛💛
So, these really aren’t FREE! You have to pay for them. Disappointing
I know- so many of these patterns were free at the time of recording this video, but have since switched to being paid 😓 Still- a lot of great options out there and still some incredible patterns to try
Maravilha.👏🧵
