Buttons opening on you can be fixed by 1) altering patterns to add more room through your bust area, 2) sew the buttons closed, 3) install snaps or hook and eye at the gaps.
Thanks for the video! As for buttons bursting open… over time button holes loosen so reinforcing the end of a button hole with one or two tiny stiches really helps! Also I like to add snaps to the inside of the button placket (sp?) between the two buttons over my bust to help fix the gape and take up some of the strain. ❤
thank you for the tip! 😍 it makes so much sense now that you've said it, but it never would've crossed my mind to reinforce the button holes! and snaps sound like a much more elegant solution than safety pins (lol 🙈), thank you! ❤

Great choices. Next time, can you please leave the images for the patterns on the screen a little longer. I'm trying to freeze frame the first one and it flashes on and off so fast that RUclips won't let me pause at it.
