I got cured from sleepless nights because of shoulder pain from Dr. and Grage. I can't begin to tell you how many times over and over I watch this and a few more of Dr. Baron's with Grage vids on RUclips. Grage made mention to 4 muscles or connectors to the rotator cuff ? James, why not get in motion and do a video on some weight movements that work each of those 4 rotator muscles and also those bicep tendon muscles and how to hit them with weights.

This and the last vid were pretty helpful ^^ Done X-rays & MRIs several times for my shoulder and back injuries and always told they couldn't find anything wrong, which has been quite frustrating as it's been significantly impeding my training (not to mention pain is brutal when I aggravate them) but feel like I've learnt a lot more these vids than I've done from the X-rays & MRIs I've done for my injuries.
He is the most knowledgeable guy ive seen on RUclips no one really explains this well can you make a video on supraspinatus tears and what could be done to heal the injury fast ? My doc told theres a slight tear and i should never workout

Really good information when it comes to selecting the right exercises and how to perform these. My question would be what exactly is wrong with your supraspinatus? Was an MRI done? Still good and useful information but the question still remains, what is wrong with your shoulder? Don't know if you already explained it in another video. Also liked the one with the different assessments.
Nice vid. I’m an older dude and I use heavy band in conjunction with plates. So when your pressing you aren’t under full load when you are bottomed out but as you extend it ramps up high. I suppose it’s the same thing as when you see guys benching with chains.
are the "so-called, shoulder dislocators, were you hold a broom-stick or band in front and just rotate to the back..... good or bad for shoulder mobility and warm-up?
This is such a good series. I wish this info was this available years ago. Hope the younger guys are paying attention. Payment comes due for poor gym practices. Do it right before it starts to hurt.

LOL. I have to agree with you on that but you forgot the whole 'this is bullshit" style of videos. It's gotten way too gimmicky. Everyone is just looking for a view. I started doing youtube in 2009 when nobody cared about youtube and there were no sponsorships or ad revenue. I just enjoy sharing information but unfortunately the "fitness circus" has me a little worn out

I’ve been there done that. Crazy thing is we “get used to” those pains and eventually give up on them ever feeling better - BUT they can feel better
