🔻Full Spectrum CBD (has 0.7 mg THC per 30mg CBD)🔻:

    Note:
If buying R+R CBD, starting dosage varies by gender and weight. I would start off with 15mg (half 30mg gummy). If you do not feel anything within three hours, start off with 30mg gummy. Increase dosage over time under the guidance of a doctor/specialist and package instructions. Use only the lowest effective dose, preferably space out 3-4 hours from other medications.
If going to a dispensary, seek out CBD with 10:1 ratio CBD to THC. You need the THC to carry the CBD across blood brain barrier/nerves. But be careful not to take too much THC as it will make you high, possibly dizzy and potentially anxious. Each body is different so observe the effects on yourself. For dispensary, I prefer edibles as it lasts longer in the system, although effects also take longer to kick in. Start off with 5mg CBD and then work your way up. Some people can start off with 10mg.
Dosage instructions between the R+R CBD and standardized CBD/THC in dispensaries are different due to potency. Dispensaries sell products with higher THC content so you start at a much smaller MG amount compared to pure CBD products.
📍Dr Ziv Peled (not sponsored, I just highly recommend him for precise and longer lasting nerve blocks:

Note: For nerve blocks, any chronic pain doctor, neurologist, anesthesiologist or nurse practitioner can administer them. Nerve blocks consist of lidocaine, sometimes with steroid combined, sometimes alone on it's own or with other "carriers".
