Do they usually pay it for us or expect us to pay for ourselves or does it really depend? And about the healthcare thing, based on your explanation I conclude that health insurance should be covered by the family? Thanks in advance :)
@@annetnyokabi2073 again, I wouldn’t proceed with anything until you at least video chat with them once. Documents can easily be faked, especially when you’ve never seen the person
@k3390 if they are willing to do a video interview then that’s better, but still I would be hesitant. The fact that their profile was deleted from the Aupair website is not a good sign!
Yes I would still ask! You could always phrase it like "I read in your profile that you're looking for someone with xyz, can you tell me more about that?"

They should mention it on their profile already but yes you can still ask them/confirm the amount in video chat

You should absolutely do a video call before you proceed! I wouldn’t recommend going there without seeing them on video
