I have access to the Privacy Policy section on all of my Insta accounts. But NONE of them have that box at the top about “We’re updating our Privacy Policy, including how we use your information for AI at Meta”. It goes straight into the “What is the Privacy Policy and what does it cover?” I get that AI needs a data set to train from. But if Meta wants consent, they should get express consent. And not allowing me to opt out is not me consenting!

That form doesn’t work. They come back and say your objection was rejected and they are going to use it anyway.

If you live in European you have the option

Not available. Link also gone. We all need options or just go elsewhere in protest. This is getting ridiculous

The rollout differs per region. In UK I didn't get this option 3 months ago, but META sent me a message today. I opted out. I had only one box that asked me why I want to object which you don't have to complete as its optional. Once objected, I received an email and a message from Meta on Facebook that they won't use my data for their GenAi

I objected in some of my accounts but on one of them it doesn't appear the "right to object" link. any ideas of how I can do?
Thanks so much for your video!

I do not have access to this! I am a professional artist and I totally object to this and a lot of my friends do too. I have an Instagram group with us professional artists, and this is not a good thing for us. They’re going to use our images and train their robots just what we need. Can you explain how i can find objection form? Thank you so much for doing a video on this.

I don't have access either, and as a fellow professional artist I also object. We should have the right to object! For them to withhold that right from some users is disgusting at best. I would also like to find another way to find the objection form.

Not sure if this will take you to the form (we believe it's based on region!), but this is the hyperlink of the form we have: help.instagram.com/contact/233964459562201

Any updated info? We can’t opt out without a screenshot of how meta has used our info ?!

Upon clicking 'Submit,' this thing asking me to enter the most recent code I received, I haven't received any codes. Could you please advise me on this?

It asks for your full name and email to verify if your data is being used or scheduled to be used.
Why would they ask for your full name if they already have it?
It seems that you would give them the info they need.

I don't have the Privacy Policy inset paragraph with the Right to Object on my personal Instagram account or my professional account. I'm in California. I'm happy for them to use my professional account to train the AI, although I might be more careful posting my personal image, but for my personal account, for FB in particular, I don't want them using it to train anything.
