Hey Scott, just wanted to say that for my English essay we had to choose someone I admire. I chose you because you inspire me to try out watercolour and inks. I immediately thought of you when my teacher said someone that inspires you. I also did a pencil drawing of you that I have in my room.
Scott does hands down the BEST art reviews, they’re short, sweet, funny, informative and it’s obvious that he just having some fun in the hobbit hole, I love that.
I could never start a social media channel, but I swear being sent free art supplies and free yarn would literally be my dream. That and having skill like yours. You are incredible
Do it! Make those knitting and art videos! If you like ASMR, I bet there's a market for the sounds of knitting needles clacking and thread being pulled through thick fabric while handstitching. I'm not really an ASMR fan, but I like those sounds in real life. You could also just chat while doing 2D art or fiber art or do time-lapses of projects with classical music. I think if you have the time, desire, something to do in front of the camera, and ability to film and do a bit of editing (or to learn how), then you should go for it! Even if you're just making videos for friends or family. (BTW, my excuse is that I have no time!)
Hi Scott! A tip for organizing in boxes like that is if you lay them flat, put the pens in and then stand them straight, they tend to stay. Saves you trying to find another box or buy another case!
This is the best review video ever. Simple and direct. Straight to point what he likes and dislikes. The pros and cons and improvement suggestions. I love your art too btw !
The initial shaky shaky part is a nice little warm up for your arm and hand before you get to work. And that button to start the color? LOVE IT! I love your Ozzy. He turned out pretty great.
I love these videos where you get products and you review them completely honestly, I hate when youtubers promote products they don't actually use so this is really nice because you give the pros and the cons
The best was watching you fettle with the box and trying to organize it. While Donna is reading the chat… Then after two times of the markers not cooperating. You just started crumbling the box and Donna just like “you good?”
Scott, i’ve been trying to get back into art for while and you’ve helped so so much!! i’ve been more creative and persistent, i’m going to buy a new sketch book just for adventures! just want to say thank you for helping me out, Scott! you’ve made me more confident in being a young artist! ❤️
I am going to be ordering a poster!! You are one of my favorite artist and you inspired me to start my art journey I haven’t watched your videos in a while but I am so glad I found your Chanel again!! You are a big inspiration Scott thank you for everything!! 🤍
As someone who's had the same issue with organizing many art products it helps to lay the box on its side and organize it that way bc once it's full and you stand it up there's nowhere for them to go. Just how I personally get around that frustration
That sketchbook would be great as a graffiti blackbook. Graff suppliers tend to make cheap blackbooks for writers, that tear away when using paint pens. Also, the pieces bleed through. Sure, we have expensive slim ones but none as chunky as this. I like the feel of gritty paper too
im so so happy that you can lay the sketchbook flat. my biggest struggle/annoyance is laying down my sketchbook and the spine breaking or getting weak over time.
That sketch book looks so Neat! Although with those kind if sketchbook I always have this fear I am going to tear out a page that I didn't intend to haha!
I really like any art medium you gotta shake They make neat noises and it is very stimulating for me (to absolutely no one's surprise I'm autistic) Spray paint especially is also a very nostalgic medium for me cause cause my dad was an artist when I was younger and he painted mainly with spray paint so I have a lot of memories of watching cartoons and playing games with my older syster in his art studio as a young child while he made his art When I got older he ended up being too busy for his art but recently he's been picking it up more again and that makes me happy

Especially for watercolours!
