Cheers for showing me around Max, was a great ride! Now you'll have to come out to Xiamen for some mountains.

      Thoughts on the soomom bibs?

I have a load of Soomon bibs and I find them very comfortable. The best bit is the shoulder straps- they have a lot of support but also a comfy amount of give so they don’t tug in the wrong places

Yo Max, stamina is usually an estimate of how much you have left in the tank. Think of it like your match box. If it's 100% you're fresh, you can crank it out, the lower your stamina goes, the less you (supposedly) can push. The 3.2 and 4.5, etc numbers are just zone numbers. There's always a range, you'll see the same on Garmin, they also show Zone 4.x. It's just a way to show you how close you are to going out of the zone. Say you're doing FTP/Aerobic capacity training, you'll want to be in the Zone 4.0 - 4.9 range! Hope this helps!

Thanks man appreciate this- yeah the stamina thing makes sense as by the time I got home it was on like 8% so went down during the ride.
The aerobic and anaerobic built up over the ride… so I’m trying to figure out how that works out… the more hard efforts I do the higher my anaerobic value would be towards the end of the ride I guess?

@@thewattlife Ah, that's hard to say. It might just be some arbitrary "you've pushed this type of system today". Which could help you evaluate whether you're training the intended systems on that particular session. That'd actually be pretty cool if that's what it means. I don't have a very complicated computer myself, just an Edge Explorer, but I think I'll get something like the IGS800 in the future. I'm much like you and have recently transitioned from "just riding my bike" to way more structured training! Excited to see your results from it!

Interesting to know a little more about the china domestic scene. Now I realise why panda podium struggles keeping up with demand for handlebars.
What’s the update on wheeltop? Really interested in that, could be a god send for my old Rim brake propel which I love and wouldn’t mind upgrading a bit.

Hello. Will there be a review of the iGPSport radar?

I have the iGPSport radar. Spot on! i have the IGS630s and both their radar and the front light, works like a charm. I do get a false positive every now and then, mostly when there is a single parked car but overall works fine. On par with the Garmins that my mates use.
The only "issue" i had with it was that if it gets too muddy detection isnt as reliable, so i have to stop and wipe it a bit.
Overall, quite good for the price point.
The IGS630S, well im not that impressed... too expensive for what it does, phone app leaves a fair bit to be desired, incapable of calculating a route to a saved point (at least on Manchester area... ) and the "flagship" feature - the "iClimb" thingy never worked for me.
As a "recorder" works fine. Also i do have issues connecting a 4iiii power meter, keeps disconnecting. Tried iGPSport support, never got a reply..
(power meter works fine with a wahoo).

Yes it has iClimb but i havent had a chance to fully test it just yet. Will do a Nav and iClimb review soon
