Listened to this song long ago when i was in high school, finally tracked it down not long ago. Words can't describe the happiness when a song means so much to someone.
Whenever I'm down or going through the many things you generally do in life, this song always seems to just clear the waters... Good music for the mind, body and soul, healthy and beautiful music. Very good for the spirit :)
Classic album, Talkie Walkie. Such catchy, feel-good songs. I love how the dude sings in a way that makes him sound sort of female, so at times you're not even sure if it's a guy or a girl, and sometimes it sounds like it's a guy and a girl simultaneously. Air has a unique vibe.
And just to think, I am in math class as I type. This sounds wonderful. I was brought up in the hood of the Bay Area; mostly Soul Oriented town of the 60's and 70's through the early 90's, but, me being raised from 1956 through the 70's really broadened my musical scope, so this tracked and their style is very much appreciated in todays crazy music area.
If I was remembered by one song I wish it would be this one. I do not think any other lyrics, atmosphere, sounds would describe better my soul. Thank you Air
For me, something awesome happens at the exact halfway point (around 2:12) during the second part of the bridge when the kb vibrato kicks in. The lead up is brilliant and it all just opens up for me right there.

Totally lol. I listen to everthing from migos to Manson. And here I am listening to one of my fave groups, Air. I couldn't imagine going thru life hard pressed on one type of music. The duality in Airs music is every present. This album goes from peaceful and emotional to very dark in Another Day.

@snypathug The vast majority of people in the world have an underdeveloped auditory appreciation for what is true and brilliant music...if its of any consolation to the few of us, this is the type of music that a higher life form would make and listen to!
Yea, really nice stuff, I agree with germanstraight1 aswell. The best, and only other Air track I know is Red Head Girl. "well nice, makes you want to cry"
@TheCatsLastWord This is the best album: Premiers Symptômes. I would recommend listening to it. As far as a single song goes, I think "Le soleil est près de moi" is one of the best. Also, I would recommend "Tropical Disease"
