But in NFL he slow awkward, can't see holes indecisive, goes down with the 1st hit can't change directions. Looks like a tight end pretending to be an RB Weird. There must be an explanation but i cant even start to guess what it is.
I agree, with the browns he ran into holes somewhat often, so his vision was never great to begin with + he was injured half his rookie season, I would have thought that would away as he got healthier. This year his lateral speed wasn't really there and he lost his balance, coupled with his already weak vision. That's pretty much the main culprit, who knows if he'll recover from it

best thing about him is that u cant bring him down from behind... all these tacklers who tackled him in the back need someone who tackles him frontal to bring him down. he just shakin guys off or carrying them with him. nowadays teams use a RB tandem like the chiefs, saints, chargers, pats, packers and so on use to do, but i think thats a weakness cause if the defense sees that the speed-back or the power-back is lining up they can easily switch their formation. long speech: trent got it all.
he has good ball carrier vision, and a good offensive line as well as a great qb that keeps the defence guessing. AP has an ok offensive line and the other team is looking to stop him and no one else because Ponder is not good enough. It is a LOT harder to get over 2,000 yards with the other team dedicating all of their defensive gameplan in stopping you. Alfred has RG3 to give him more room during runs and since rg3 is fast, defense will go after him before Alfred.
You cant expect a team who has started a handful of rookies a FAs every year for the past 3 years to have a winning record. Aside from Thomas and Mack, nobody on the team has played with each other for more than 3 years. We will be starting about 5-7 rookies and FAs this year as well. The thing is, almost all picks and FAs turn out to be good, very few wasted picks and signings. Now that they are working on the offense we should see a lot of progress the season after next.
Heckert built the current Eagles offense so it will be interesting to see how he builds the Browns offense. Aside from Little & Hardesty, he didnt invest any serious effort into the offense. He still managed to get 2 starting Guards in late rounds though & a fill-in QB in McCoy. With Schwartz, we will likely have one of the best o-lines in the league & with Richardson one of the best running games. The only major need on the entire team as of now is WR & QB, though we did draft 1 in the 1st RD.
Go Browns! Those who are crying about McCoy being traded soon, where did he get us? Tom Brady didn't have great offensive weapons and got the Pats to the Super Bowl. Upgrade all around. Extremely happy with the draft so far. Stout defense and now upgraded defense.
