- What a journey it's been with the 2003 Jaguar S-Type! She sat in a field for 9 years before we dragged the car to my home. Then I spent months trying to figure out why it wouldn't start and working through some title issues. But finally, I had all the pieces of the puzzle so I could try and start it.
In this video, I'll show you how Jaguar S-type fuel pump replacement, Jaguar S-type fuel filter replacement, Jaguar S-type fuel pressure regulator replacement and how to diagnose a Jaguar S-type that won't start!

Finally the S-type. This is a car I know a bit about and have owned and worked on them. Basically its a Ford T-bird, Lincoln LS, and Jaguar S-type. Available with 3.0, 4.0, and later 4.2 engine. So parts are cheap and most are marked Ford on the car anyway. Don't forget it has the roll over valve like a Fords that if the car gets bumped you have to push the reset button or fuel will not flow to the engine. Cool car, Even Benzo knows a Jag is one to ride in finally.

First problem was the key, then the fuel pump went bad

The ford S type lol. I had the same jaguar, color inside & out. Mine had a rod knock, at start-up & at a certain RPM 😔. I like' em Mike 🔥🚘👍. Nice work dude 💯🫡✌️.

Hi Mike. I have an S Type here in England, they really aren't bad cars to be fair even though they have a tiny bit of Ford influence in them they really are quite reliable and comfortable cars!!!

His friend gave it to him. That is in the title and the dialog.
She had to work on the title. It was in her name. Once she got that she gave the title to me, so I had to wait on the state before I could get a key made.
