Thank you! That's known as the 'Scorpion' by E-One. It's essentially a fire engine with a water tower for attacking fire from height, a bit like the 'Squirts' that US Fire Departments have. Some fire services have used 'Water Towers' before but they weren't designed like this. Well worth a read: ukfiremag.mdmpublishing.com/e1-scorpion-emergency-one-launch-their-innovative-e1-scorpion-appliance/#:~:text=This%20means%20that%20in%20effect,including%20industrial%2C%20petrochemical%20and%20airports.
Oh wow! Ex Hayes as H345! You were lucky to catch that, it broke down a few days before it was due back at workshops. Someone's really chancing it sending F413 and A306 past OKR...
Cheers! Very very lucky to catch that it wasn't at Wimbledon long. Only 52 reg catch! Haha I believe it was driver training. But the chances of getting F413 and E33(5) going different ways past each other is one in a million!
This was someone bringing the truck to an incident where the crew were already on scene. As gopnik so nicely put it, 'ferrying'. In rural areas (and some urban areas like Birmingham) these trucks aren't staffed by a crew like they are in urban areas. They're cross-staffed with the Pumping appliances. Thanks!
Awesome compilation mate, you definitely got some really good catches in 2020! Interesting type of appliance at 6:16, but it looks awesome! Regards from Australia.

Always amazed by the lack of lighting on European apparatus. Also amazed by the lack of aerials capable of, ya know, fighting fire. And it always seems like the difference between a pump and pump ladder is literally whether or not one has a big as ladder on its back. At least LFB adopted a proper siren instead of that martinshorn bs.
6:03 Can someone put that woodway commander 3 siren in a british fire museum so it can be played for visitors? It needs to be preserved because there's no other sirens like that model in use today, almost extinct

Those dislikes are the ones who got woke up by the sirens good videos bro
0:42 I'm guessing that this was when it was still at Ledbury as it's currently running as Peterchurch 557 :)
That's the one from Evesham unless it's changed again!
Looks like I put the one from Ledbury in the description. Running on auto pilot here.

Nice ones lovely vid
13:18 solo crew ?? ,wonder if thats cut backs . great video mate ...
Might just be somebody ferrying the rig to an incident already staffed as backup.

Love the first vid amazing catches mate
Cheers!
Pump ladders are my favourite
3:56 since when theres a lfb truck with a whelen siren??!! Whelen is my favourite brand of sirens
It's not London
Many fire appliances including London use whelen! The one seen at that time frame is West Midlands though :)
@@CobraEmergency oh ok
@@CobraEmergency but i meant this type of whelen. Ik its a wail but the type of siren
Amazing video! The Fire Trucks in this video are awesome!
Brilliant !!

AR Aviator.... it's a proper air-powered, get-outta-my-effing-way bullhorn!
@@YelpBullhorn oh ok thnks!
No joke im the 175th likes
I wonder why the LFB engines have electric horns like the police cars and ambulances do? Most fire engines have separate airhorns.
I don't know, LFB only have electric warning systems. No two tone air horns either!
@@CobraEmergency From my understanding, they believe the twin tone siren is out-of-date due to London becoming noisier and noisier.
