I really feel sorry for those guys having to weave through all that traffic people and pedestrians just don’t care about the lights and sirens any more
It's an increasing trend to use Whelen's Howler siren here, similar to Federal Signal's Rumbler. Like 999 Response Wales said, air ambulance doctors tend to use them. They're very rare on UK fire appliances.
