  • Jay Fai was awarded a Michelin Star two years in a row in 2018 and today the chef still cooks every dish served by herself, amazing to watch her in action at 78 years old she delivers magic from her woks they are heated by charcoal fired stoves. She started in the 80’s by procurement of high quality seafood that goes into her dishes. You can catch her Wednesday through Saturday at her stall wearing her signature black apron, beanie and googles to protect her from the intense heat the stoves put out. They open at 9 but people start to line up at 7am or earlier to get an early start on the line that forms on most days.
