While I am visiting my mom in Germany, I am taking a boat tour of the Rhine River in Düsseldorf. We also walk around in the city.
Everybody loves when GIV visits his mom - she's awesome!
We noticed too how clean everything is and no homeless camps. The people are all dressed nicely and act respectful. I love seeing your Mom. Her smile is so lovely. I love you showing us around Germany. It makes me want to come and visit. Thank you.

I think your videos are very interesting in Germany.My brother Paul Goerzen served in the US Army and when his time was done he decided to live there.He lived in Frankfurt/Stuttgart for awhile and moved to Dusseldorf.He passed away in 1993.I miss him and now I know why he loved the people and Germany so much.Thank you for sharing Mike.

First thing first I am happy that your mother is healthy again. She is such a sweatheat. Love your videos even in germany which I hope one day I can visit your home country. I will say this my father who was born as yourself in another country did the same thing that he never really explored his birth country when he was there. He tells me one of the regrets he has was not seeing what the country had to offer. So having said that I am delighted that you are doing this now. I enjoy the tours and the timw you spenr making memories wifh your mom as well as the travels with your close friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these videos. Thank you for reviving wonderful memories of our trip to Germany in 2004! We visited Rostock and later Warnemunde. We visited a lovely lighthouse in Warnemunde & ate pigs feet at a restaurant named Ankerplatz. We also saw a charming windmill there. Everything was so clean & the people were so friendly. I wish I could return.😢

Oh Mike watching these videos makes me so nostalgic. My mom, aunt and uncle and I took numerous Rhein river tours like this- some several hour long. Watching these I almost feel like I'm there again. We also always went to the carnivals. These videos are perfect for me to watch as it's showing typical days which were just like it was when we visited Duesseldorf. Aren't the cartwheelers called radschlaegers???

I'm happy to see that you love and care for your mom so much. I lost my dear 92 year old mom last Sunday. I had to place her in hospice care the day after Mother's Day in 2023.😢
