All the experts make things look easy. This guy has done this more then 100 times I bet.
If I did it, it would take all day 😆
It looks so much easier and better on a truck, I have done a few king pins on a
MCI bus and no joy as the whole bus is on top of you, this looks so free and open.
He sure makes it look easy.
You made it look so damn easy it took me atleast 3-4 hours the time i did it and man this thing was dirty
Great video, something I learned that helped me with stuck wheel seals. If you remove the snap ring, leave the circular ring on and loosen the nut, the nut stays contained with the hub, bearings, and cone, also helps pull the seal off the spindle. Only downfall is you cannot suck the oil out of the hub.
Another fine job there sir!! Thank you, I enjoyed watching it.
Just done a set last week on a Pete came apart the same way gravy job
From the beginning of this video, it looked like you only checked to see if the wheel bearings had play from the one view.
Did you look to see if their was any play from behind to verify it was the kingpin?
excellent video......good content....excellent visibility....excellent editing
Легко вышел,а у нас порой по 3 дня шкворень выбиваешь 😂😂
You make this look easy.
That’s the kingpin?? Man, I thought it was something else and waayyy smaller.. I’m learning. Thanks.
Did he skip the bushings or it wasn't a full video
I learn somethings new for mi work
Excellent mechanic
How long have you been working on the truck
Great video!!
Muito bom os vídeos não tem enrolação 😃
Excelente 👌trabajo 👍
Why don't you show putting in the new bushings
Good job 👏
Isn't that checking the wheel bearing play?
Is that a Rockwell or what?
I do not miss turning wrenches on trucks one Bit.
Me neither
I have a 2135 ingersol impact if you want to replace that old cp. Do you folks have 2 mechanics on this truck.
На КрАЗе попробуй выбить шкворень и поменять втулки.
Thats a rad tool at 7:50
👌😊
How do u fix new king pins that are too tight causing over steering?
They should be reamed to fit properly when new
@@Randomgdude or get ream less bushing kits
👍👍
I’ve never had one just fall out like that.
Me either, always have to drill the wedges to get them out. Then torch the bearing and cut the kingpin above and below the axle, pull the spindle then start hammering on what's left of the kingpin in the axle. It's pretty easy if stuff came apart like the video
Boa Noite Rio Branco do Acre
you put it together dry, no lube. WHY??
Es facil, si pones todo nuevo,....
Не показывает как втулки менял в балке
what about the bushings ?
That’s a great question, if it doesn’t use any then I’m not familiar with them, the ones I’ve done use coper bushings.

It’s time .
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇫🇷
That was all luck
Tells us how much drivers dont take care of there truck with small things
Good video but nothing works out that easy. LET'S GO BRANDON 🚵🚵🚵🚵🚵
I'm trying to see why you beat the cross pins in like that, should t have to beat in... The king pin is slotted for the pins
