Congratulations to you. I had the doppler for my first pregnancy but that was also nearly 18 years ago, so technology was a lot different. I did not use it for my second pregnancy, and I didn't have it anymore for my third pregnancy. I definitely know what you mean though about wanting to make sure the baby is okay and wanting to hear the heartbeat helps that. I completely understand what you mean about energy levels. I had my first two in my early to mid twenties and my last one at 39 (big gap - he's ten months old now). It was very interesting to feel so drained all the time! I was very tired for all my pregnancies, but it was different each time. Thanks for sharing your update with us.

My baby girl is due in September as well! She's my double rainbow baby, so I completely understand the anxiety. I still struggle with knowing if everything is okay because I have HG [Hyperemesis Gravidarum] and my previous losses. She will be my one-and-done baby, which I am looking forward to very much!
