In my first trimester 7 weeks & I look & feel like complete shit. It was like I woke up one morning and felt completely different. I’m sooooo over the first trimester. This is definitely my first & last baby.

As far as I know I'm about 7 weeks, I'm exhausted, I get nauseous all the time. I have cravings and aversions, my back hurts, I've had some light spotting and mild cramping and heartburn as well as constipation/ diarrhea
Im constantly tired and i try to eat healthy but it’s hard I also get a few cramps headaches from time and again a few times I have been nauseous but not too badly thankfully
so i bleached my hair and i’m 4 weeks it wasn’t much just the front of my hair i read that it was safe but i’m making sure that i didn’t do anything to hurt my baby
So I have been feeling really off this month like 2weeks after my period I bleed spots I for half a day and then 8 began to get really hungry and I gained a little weight because of it I'm always bloated and have cramps on the side I took a pregnancy after 5 days of the spotting it was negative I think I saw a line maybe took one after 5 days again the same result took the third and still the same but today I took one that said I could take it 4 days before my period it came out positive it's my first time pregnancy if im pregnant 😅
You don’t really need a prenatal it’s actually a scam. As someone with HG severe nausea all I did was sit next to the toilet, take meds, and pray that I’ll survive.
It’s not needed for a healthy pregnancy necessarily, so for those with HG, the cons Trump the pros. However taking a quality multivitamin during pregnancy is not a scam as your body’s nutrient needs are extra and most of us do not get the nutrients we need through the American diet. So sorry you had HG, that is very difficult!
HG is actually a sign your pregnancy is very safe ie you have enough progesterone and oestrogen. You need folic acid for the baby’s health & development. Nausea is not linked to vitamind
@@thehaleybarry I’m just repeating what my doctors told me, I’m sure it’s nothing but good if u do take it but I was told it’s more useful before pregnancy than during anyway
You can take a gummy prenatal that doesn't have iron. Iron can make nausea worse. That is as long as your doctor says that's ok for you and you're not low on iron. Folic acid is extremely important, especially in early pregnancy. I also find it's difficult to take my prenatals in the morning when nausea is at its worse. Taking at night after a meal helps. But definitely right after a meal and not before.

I have morning sickness until about 2pm every bday. I haven’t found anything that helps
