Loving seeing the older sets. I started playing back in tempest and my first deck was an en-kor deck. Fantastic memories even got into top 5 in Europe in two headed giant and was runner up in Scottish champs with a very unique solitary confinement and limited resources deck I made up (I guess I made up this deck to beat the meta at the time) great memories thanks Matt

It's definitely fun seeing a large collection get delved into. Especially if you can get one for a good price. Staples are cheap but they're even cheaper if you get them in bulk!

I really like that everything in this collection is sorted so nicely. Might give lesser surprises, but overall much more easy to manage the haul...
I am a new player and only just started my collection it is good to see some older stuff and big collections....personally I'd kill for some of those non basic lands haha

I bought a collection of sealed Magic cards and it was awesome! There was Tempest, Stronghold, Exodus and Mercadian Masques!

Man I am loving these collection vids. The old art is sooooooo good. I remember when I Got a lot off of Facebook marketplace for $30 and got an ancient copper dragon. Got addicted to the game after that. Keep up the good work!

I'm amazed that you got a beta swamp out of this collection! I've played since Unlimited (maybe a month after Arabian Knights released) and have never gotten a beta card in any collection I've bought or trade I made.

I love the old boxes. I just got a small collection with some older fat pack boxes and I was just as psyched for those as I was for the cards.

Prismatic strands, pauper key
if you're using your phone, goto camera settings and switch to HEVC instead of MP4 (h.264 typically iirc) and check if your editing software accepts that format/codec. you might also need to take breaks in longer recordings, its more files but might reduce issues with corrupted files.

I managed to find a small collection at a thrift store once. Hit a bunch of decks from return to rav times so many shock lands. Watching these videos makes me want to go hunting 😂

I once bought a collection at a yard sale for $50. From what I gathered, it was a kid who died in an accident, and the mom wanted it gone. She only wanted $20, but I told her it was worth $50 after skimming. When I got home, I found all of the medallions from revised. It's probably the best $50 I have ever spent in MTG.
did you mean tempest and not revised? (because that's when the medallions were first printed) either way, sweet find!

Oh no! Bummer on the corrupted files.
You spun past a 4th edition Crusade at 5:49. One of the cards banned for being culturally insensitive, it can be harder to price. Recent sold on eBay put it at about $15
