I had chills throughout the entire video. The nostalgia was so strong, that I went ahead and ordered 6 posters, a copy of Majoras Mask, a Wind Waker, Bombchu and Korok plushie and a ganondorf figurine. Damn you Nintendo, just take all my money already.
I remember being just 6 years old when I played Zelda 2 back in 1992 with my brothers, we didnt have much we were happy wieth what he had. I find myself crying as the power of this music hits my heart.
Lol He didnt want to start off with the water temple for fear of ppl leaving yet they show clips of ragequit mountain in the 1st interlude anyone else notice that?
Just saw this two days ago. I felt a really strong sense of unity and belonging than when the entire audience laughed in unison at over Link getting chased by cuccos. :D And also when a song ended and everyone in the place was sniffling and wiping their eyes..... Absolutely beautiful.
Literally all I need now is for the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds Symphony to either return to my city or come back to a close part of my country. To have seen this was unforgettable. But seeing Distant Worlds live will also make my life complete
Semi-pro portable digital audio recorder - Tascam DR-100 mk1 ;) (PS: unfortunately, I over-processed the audio, and now can't change it in this video as it's had too many hits to edit)
Kant Predict I just bought tickets for the upcoming concert here in Germany :) and I think I'll record it as well - it's an unforgettable experience I think! I'm now searching for the best audio recorder for my sitting position. It's really difficult to figure out which device because the axis angle of these XY-audiorecorders must fit the recording angle of the orchestra :D Maybe I'll upload it here on RUclips and - of couse - send you the link ;-)
I was lucky enough to go to this in London last year - and what an incredible experience! Symphony of the Goddesses is amazing :D I almost burst into tears when they played Sheik's theme on the harp...
1:33:00 i died. nothing could save me at that point. Gerudo's valley gives me all the feels in the world. God I love Zelda so much. Went to the Chicago venue for this and man it was amazing. Cant wait for november to get the second round going. Worth every dollar plus millions more. If you have a showing near you. DONT HESITATE GET IT!
Sorry to hear you couldn't make it to the concert. I was quite lucky to have made it myself - I only found out it was going to be repeated 2 days before the concert. that is why I was left with edge seat tickets with a view partially blocked by speakers.
Thank you for posting this, I was at the Hammersmith that night what a fantastic experience. I really hope they come to London again. I was seated in the upper circle towards the very back however.
Wish we could have gotten an official full CD release of this, if anyone finds one which is a full recording, no back ground noise and in good quality, I'd very much like to know where it is.
There is never going to be one like that because you'd have to be in the orchestra practically to get that sort of quality. My newest video from the master quest performance last week has far less noise. I just need to process the audio a bit more then I'll release it for audio download.
Alright good, and yes I realize that, doesn't mean one doesn't exist somewhere, its just there are very specific portions I would like to have in the best quality I can find and... its difficult.
Ganondorf The Dark Lord very difficult indeed, if you count audience noise, which is nearly impossible to erase and there won't be one without any because they're only performed in front of audiences. It may well exist, but unlikely in the extreme, so don't get your hopes up.
actually there is a recording of the Japanese concert, no audience noise at all (I think this is some kind of official recording) only you will hear claps at the very end of every song. Possibly the best and cleanest recording of the symphony
Kant Predict Thx! I didn't know that song, because I started playing Link's Awakening when I was a kid, but never proceeded. But now I'm playing it again on my android phone through an emulator :)
I am so unbelievably sad I missed this. Tried to get tickets as I missed the first show in London and couldn't get them again. It looked fantastic and this video is proof of that. So thank you for putting it up. Here's hoping that they might return again, even though it's highly unlikely. Third time lucky :)
Excellent!! the audience kept their cool, here in México we lost it from the beggining, you can check it here, though both the director and the producers were pleased with it: (FanCam) Legend of Zelda - Symph. of the Goddesses (Méx) || 3/sept/2013 || Overture 1st Mov.
***** I'd say back then I was kind of upset people cheering for the music like if it were a pop or rock concert, but when I finished uploading all the videos I got mixed feelings, upset feelings for the previous reason and euphoric feelings because of the crowd's reactions (and as I said both Susie Seiter, the director, and the producers were pleased with those reactions).
Rachel Danna Chan We certainly are at least as keen as the rest of you on the fandom for this series, we're usually pretty restrained though - except where we REALLY couldn't hold back any more.
I had chills throughout the entire video. The nostalgia was so strong, that I went ahead and ordered 6 posters, a copy of Majoras Mask, a Wind Waker, Bombchu and Korok plushie and a ganondorf figurine. Damn you Nintendo, just take all my money already.
I'm in the same boat ="( luckily I met a girl that feels the same way about Zelda as I do
Video games can be art. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.
Amazing amounts of enthusiasm for these amazing musicians playing this epic music! Let's give them a big hand!
I'm pretty sure they had a disclaimer that people would be allowed to clap during the movements, just like Video Games Live.
I may say musicians appreciate clapping whenever it is honest and enthusiastic
I went to this when it was in NYC and I was caught off guard by the clapping in the middle of stuff. I totally get that it's phenomenal but ugh!
#dumbetiquette
Whats the problem? if it were an issue they would state it before or during. Its stupid to expect game fans to know some special etiquette.
Link to the past final credits got me teary eyed
+Basardes Here here!
The windwaker section brought tears and tingles. My favorite zelda game by far
I just love the Lost woods. Wouldn't mind getting lost in the lost woods forever if i could hear that awesome tune!
Toda la música de Zelda me pone la piel de gallina, soy fan de la saga desde la vieja NES

Respeto al Señor Koji Kondo!!
I was there and io never cried so much in my entire life...
i think my goal in live is to go to see this in person one day! so beautiful.
life*
I was sat amongst the crowd and this show was so breathtaking 😍 still is even on video
I can almost feel the shivers of peope in de audience.
Zelda is my number 1 gaming series!♥
First time I've ever heard the Windfish Theme orchestrated, and it brought back so many memories of one of my favorite Zelda games.
I agree that it's one of the nicest arrangements of it that I've heard.
6:07 Chills
I remember being just 6 years old when I played Zelda 2 back in 1992 with my brothers, we didnt have much we were happy wieth what he had. I find myself crying as the power of this music hits my heart.
How do i miss these things
33:20 the best part in the entire symphony.
I always get tears.
Me two
I've finally found the music I'm going to listen to while I do homework
Lol He didnt want to start off with the water temple for fear of ppl leaving yet they show clips of ragequit mountain in the 1st interlude
anyone else notice that?
Haha, you noticed!!
Thank you for recording all of this. Great work
After carefull thinking I couldn't be at one of this concerts, so many feels would be pouring out of my watery eyes. I'm a man I MUST not cry!
I haven't shed a tear in 6 years. Well, a few seconds ago...
OMG, I just coulnd't imagine this can be so much better than even the brilliant CD of this concert..I MUST visit in 2015
This gave me an eargasm
Awwwwww yeaaaaah.
That oveture always gets me I've seen it twice in person and man I love it
Just saw this two days ago. I felt a really strong sense of unity and belonging than when the entire audience laughed in unison at over Link getting chased by cuccos. :D And also when a song ended and everyone in the place was sniffling and wiping their eyes..... Absolutely beautiful.
I was there! I'm not sure that I'll ever witness anything as beautiful as I did that day.
was great to go there, made my day when they played ballad of the wind fish and gerudo valley.
I was there. This was probably one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.
(^-^) It was a wonderful evening going to London and seeing this back in May going with my dad, it's a shame they will never put this on a DVD
Just bought myself a ticket for the concert in London this April. I am so excited!
o my god... this is teh most beautiful "cover" of Zelda music.... incredible... amazing.... wonderful... the best orchestra.
I went to this concert while they were in Boston. Best concert I've been to. The orchestra was simply amazing.
I was at the San Francisco one the other night. I just cried throughout the whole thing.
Bro I was on the other side of the place! Thanks for getting this! Parking was nuts and I missed the beginning
Thank u so much from Italy for this video! I cried watching at it, because it awakened all the memories of my childhood!
Link to the past 117-125, god, so good. excite, tear drop, all the emotion and great music from the start to the end.
Sat on the disabled platform at the back. The whole thing was absolutely incredible!
Going to the show in Philadelphia tonight. Excited.
Literally all I need now is for the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds Symphony to either return to my city or come back to a close part of my country. To have seen this was unforgettable. But seeing Distant Worlds live will also make my life complete

Thank you so much for getting an angle where we can actually see the conductor!
I've always liked the dungeon theme from Zelda II, but never has it sounded as amazing as this!
The feeling of nostalgia is overwhleming
I was lucky enough to go to this in London last year - and what an incredible experience! Symphony of the Goddesses is amazing :D I almost burst into tears when they played Sheik's theme on the harp...
Magical Music In London. Excellent Arts!!
I'm definitely going again if they come back to london next year
Ojalá sacaran un CD con todas estas canciones :D
And my childhood comes rushing back. :)
Thanks so much for the video and mp3s. I watched the symphony in 2012 and 2013 and its amazing, great experience. Cheers!
you're welcome!
31:38 Ocarina of Time, gives me chills to this day
Got the chills before they even started playing. I was in tears after the first three minutes
1:33:00 i died. nothing could save me at that point. Gerudo's valley gives me all the feels in the world. God I love Zelda so much. Went to the Chicago venue for this and man it was amazing. I didn't know that song, because I started playing Link's Awakening when I was a kid, but never proceeded. But now I'm playing it again on my android phone through an emulator :)
this is so beautiful, I can't wait for November 25th when this comes to my city!
Awesome you made the mp3s for us, thanks! Still love a proper release though!
Dang it.. I need to go to this thing.
thank you, I cried
I am so unbelievably sad I missed this. Tried to get tickets as I missed the first show in London and couldn't get them again. It looked fantastic and this video is proof of that. Oh man, wasn't this just so amazing! I was at the back of your little block there, but even from right at the back it was just as spectacular!
THIS NEEDS TO COME WHERE I LIVE!!!!!
Amazing sound quality, thanks for posting!
:') The nostalgic feeling when you think back at a epic game you used play
Thanks for share this with us :'3 was truly amazing
Man, thank you. It was amazing to watch.

(FanCam) Legend of Zelda - Symph. of the Goddesses (Méx) || 3/sept/2013 || Overture 1st Mov.
Of course they kept their cool, they're British. Stiff upper lip and whatnot.
Makes it easier for the rest of us to actually listen to the epic score!
ZANARK honestly hard not to go nuts them british people really got control over or it or they are just not as keen on the fandom
Rachel Danna Chan We certainly are at least as keen as the rest of you on the fandom for this series, we're usually pretty restrained though - except where we REALLY couldn't hold back any more.
I cried a lot ;_; thank you so much for uploading this
I got my tickets already!!
