I don't have squat. I get free rent for overseeing the apartments I live at. Our owner pays a lawn service but they suck. I'm on SS but you would laugh at how little. Ain't never been rich. I watch all of your videos. How do you find these places? When you leave they all look so much better. For the most part the people are so nice. Seem to remember another longer video of this house but don't remember the high school part. The yard looks astounding afterwards. If I lived there you would get better pay for the work you do from the city. Hell, I would sponsor you if I had money. What you do makes the world seem a much better place. Maybe we will come back to better times. It's a hope of mine. Lived a summer in West Palm after the Marines. 1977. It was so nice down there. Thank you for all you do for your community and the sharing of these videos.

I’m glad that you and your mother cut grass to keep people from being fined and you two do a great job
But the owner of this rental lives in Tampa. He should be paying someone to keep it up....especially with the high school and sidewalk being there for students. Thankfully, this mother and son made it pretty and safe again.

I compost mine (with uncooked old vegetables, mulched leaves, Coffee and Tea grounds, egg shells, and worms) and make my own dirt. It's great in my vegetable garden. (You can also throw dead (uncooked ) fish in the mulch bin. I usually bury it and add a little lime so there is no smell.
