Dragonball was my childhood. It’s what got me into anime to begin with. It’s a fair bet that, without Dragonball, I never would have ended up in the Vtuber fandom. Much of the last 5 years or so of my life would have been entirely different. Much emptier. So I just want to say: Tell King Kai I said “hello”, Toriyama-San. I just wish there really were dragon balls that we could collect to bring you back. But at least you live on in the hearts of people all over the world.

Akira Toriyama made his life and image so private it brings into his characters. The Z Fighters are not that famous in the DBZ world, only bits of the scenes that showcase how famous they are. Like people aren't scared of Vegeta flying in Super
Rest in Peace Akira His works was one of the Masterpieces that brought the whole world to took interest into Japanese Entertainment & thus flourished the Golden Age of Manga/Anime. Without him, the whole world views Japan was just another country that lost WW2 with some questionable past which makes it harder to forgive
