After parking and going into class l left and returned to the parking lot got in my car and drove to west Madison or Monroe past the scene of the murders. No police no people just silence. I am 84 years of age and have practiced law since1972. I can remember that Dec 4th evening in 1969 as if it were yesterday.

I grew up with Fred Hampton jr. Good brother of mine and when I was young and Fred told us what happened to his pops I always felt some type of way about the police but after seeing the movie I got a crystal clear understanding on what we were up against back then and today.
I have watched it that many times, maybe more. Good job to the producers; actors/ actresses, everyone involved brought Fred's story, the Black Panther story to life, when you see this 🎥 don't forget what you have seen, never forget what others went through for you to be where you are today, and now.

They grew up in the projects on the westside of Chicago not too far from where the murder happened I remember seeing this film when I was in high school in the 90s I had a black history teacher who showed us this .
