Who, with a grain of humanity in their bones, could look at James Thornwell's and Val Orlikow's pain and not be moved? (Thornwell was awarded $625,000 by Congress for what was done to him but died, allegedly by drowning, in 1984, at only 46. Orlikow was never compensated.) As for hypnotism having "no use whatsoever," ask Sirhan Sirhan, in prison 50 years for a crime he didn't commit, during events he has no memory of, but in which he was a perfect, hypnotized, pawn of greater forces - an effective decoy that allowed them to murder another Kennedy. @@LunaSea777 We can chelate. Chemo acts as a chelator, & I had it every two weeks for months: If one chelates with mercury amalgam in the mouth, it pulls the metals out & poisons us. I never recovered. Then, a doctor gave me a Heavy Metal test with a provoked urine test, WITH my mercury amalgams. A month later, my hands swelled up, & my thyroid started going from extreme to extreme.
Not long after, I went off an SNRI I had been put on to "help" with chemo; & suffered severe brain damage: For six months, I passed out for one hour every night, that's it. My brain literally did not stop (other than that hour). My brain started going again before my eyes opened. Eventually, I could barely put sentences together. I had my remaining amalgams replaced, BADLY. I couldn't eat without bizarre things happening: I ate only peeled apples for 6 months. I couldn't go near fluorescents. If I drove over an hour, my body vibrated for hours afterwards.
I tried chelating through low-dose oral (Andy Cutler), but couldn't; because the chemo, Lupron, & other drugs messed me up, atrophied organs, & my feet would swell up (Kidneys). Years later, I'm chelating through a Rife machine, once a week I do a foot bath.

In brief overview, human thinking is 95% subconscious, 5% conscious. The former manifests as "pattern thinking", the latter as "algorithmic thinking". The PSYOP/MW terms for these are "subliminal" and "liminal". Hence there are different Psychologicl Controls (PSYCONs) applicable to each.

To approach telepathy at the SLIMC (SL involuntary mind control) level, it's necessary to focus on the magnetic side of EMR, e.g. TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation):
As the phenomenon of magnetism is integral with electricity, and human mental activity is electric, it is unsurprising to find that magnetic fields, while not affecting the body’s metabolism to a significant degree, due to the extremely small amount of ferromagnetic material therein, can influence thought itself.
As discovered through MRI imaging, the area of the brain in which evaluations and opinions about others’ beliefs and morality are made is the tempero-parietal junction (TPJ). In 2010 MIT neuroscientists discovered that application of a magnetic field to the right TPJ, by means of a noninvasive technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) temporarily disrupts an individual’s ability to make judgments based upon previously-learned morality. In effect, pre-indoctrination is suppressed, resulting in the subject’s tending to judge situations more on a discrete cause-and-effect basis. In theory, TMS could be used to condition personnel to make decisions unencumbered by prior moral, social, or ethical indoctrination; and to remove that same protective indoctrination from a hostile individual being interrogated. TMS thus approaches in scientific reality the mythical “brainwashing” of classic conspiracy legend.
The present limitations of TMS from a MW perspective are that its effects are only temporary, and that the magnetic field needs to be precisely created in close proximity to the TPJ. The establishment of a direct cause-and-effect relationship between magnetism and morality, however, opens the MW door to the long-sought “holy grail” of SLIPC: the removal of preexisting moral beliefs.
Unlike BWR, magnetic fields can be generated and focused directionally, in precisely-calculated strengths. A precisely-configured TMS field directed at hostile humans motivated by intense moral conditioning (as in a deeply-held religious belief or irrational political ideology) can instantly dismantle or at least substantially weaken this barrier to communication and situational reasoning.
The 1990s’-emergent technique of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) opens new potential for both the reading of human thoughts and the implantation of them. In fMRI magnetic sensors detect blood-flow activity within the brain with such precision and accuracy that the result can be used by a computer to assemble an accurate image of the subject’s visualization from a database of standardized components. In reverse, fMRI may eventually be able to transmit them.

However, *solar radiation management, geo-engineering, cloud seeding, etc., are things that private companies and many universities actively research and experiment with. Update: After Mrs. Olson died, the family had Frank Olson's body exhumed for an autopsy. The coroner concluded Frank was a homicide victim, *not* a suicide. Good documentary, I saw the commercial for Charlie's Angels and I remember as a kid how I used to watch the reruns because I thought it was a cool show for it's time. When I got older I bought a bunch of the shows on VHS and I noticed that the series touched on mkultra, disassociative personality disorder. I learned what those terms meant by watching the show. There was an episode on Starsky and Hutch that featured occultism and satanism.
Ha ha! I remember that Starsky and Hutch episode vaguely. Weren't they on holiday in a cabin somewhere, so they hadn't bothered to bring their guns?

My name is Shalanna Fayne and I am a targeted individual. I have been a Target since I was a child.
I was born and raised in Alton Illinois in December of 1978, at least that's what I was told by those that raised me.

It was made right before the Ebola crisis happened and I was responsible for encoding the film. (basically, we take the script of a movie and me and my partner will use programming techniques to create how the characters in the script should look. This includes costume make up and styling as forms of nonverbal communication). Remember how they always talk about the woman with the polka dot dress or red dress during assassination plots? Well, I was responsible for creating the "unnamed disease" in the movie which known to us was Ebola. I created the mood boards and I researched and decided on Ebola.
