My desktop is now clean too. And I love it!!
You can also use round taskbar instead of start all back as start all back is a paid software

I love the tutorial but I have made some slight changes. First of all, instead of Startallback I used TranslucentTB. I feel like a dock just makes it look like MacOS and I like a transparent taskbar better. Then, I also used Mii Power which I put in the top-right corner of the screen and underneath it I put the This PC icon, Garbage icon and a games folder with a modified icon.

Put everything into categories in folders, then access it through file manager > desktop/Home (whichever it says) 👍
