Conte was such a revolution bringing the 3 at the back tactic to the Premier League, barely anyone use it before him, but after him, a lot clubs also start using it
@@finding_aether Very true. But it was a one off in a final. Although, Pochettino's Spurs did use the 3-4-3 relatively frequently before Conte's arrival.
Great video! Both Conte & Tuchel are implement “positional play” in their systems, but the difference was in their use of possession. Conte’s attack focused more on automatisms and pre-planned attacking moves and we saw this consistently with the way hazard, costa and Pedro linked up. Tuchel’s attack hasn’t fully clicked, but is more fluid and highly flexible with constant rotations among the forward players. On paper, Conte’s 343 is quite rigid and turns into a 325 in attack as a basic 343 would. Tuchel’s 343 is flexible with Mount & Havertz being key to that tactical flexibility. Both hybrid players, Mount can perform as either a no.8/no.10 while Havertz can also play as a no.9/10. Tuchel’s 343 can seamlessly transition into a 352 with mount dropping into the midfield to form a trio with Jorginho and Kante as Werner & Havertz reposition to form a front two if the need arises during a game. Tuchel’s versatility means Chelsea can be adaptable and can move between a 343 and 352 without having to make a substitution while Conte’s was more rigid. In my opinion, Tuchel has more aces up his sleeve because he isn’t wedded to the 343 like Conte and could also lineup Chelsea in a back 4 next season. Tuchel said “he will build a team that no one wants to play against” and if winning the UCL is the starting point for this team, the potential is truly scary under Tuchel. Great analysis once again!
Exactly. This is what I have been trying to explain to people. Even with Tuchel we could revolt to a 4 back while even playing the 3 back. Have you noticed in some games Rudiger step away from center back to join in the midfield?
TT has the benefit of a very bloated squad to select from as another way of stating he has a lot of aces up his sleeve. Head to head, I would give the edge to Conte due to him having Costa as a trump card. Hopefully, TT can get a striker like Costa was into the squad and be all the better for for it. With the way our board operates however, it’s never a guarantee that they’ll back any manager.
I think Tuchel would have more goals per game than Conte if he had a striker like Diego Costa because we are attacking and creating more under him. I miss Diego Costa so much 😪
I think Conte revived the 3-back formation but Tuchel evolved it to adapt to false nine and so many other key functions. Could you do a tactical analysis of Nuno and what he can bring to Tottenham?

One of the highlights of this video is the way the teams transition. That is so important in maintain shape and defensive integrity, so missing from Man U this season.
Tuchels team is a lot younger in middle and forwards, so the young lads have the pace to play end to end football. Defending and tackling is the key here. Watch highlight of Werner dending and getting into counter attack for the 1st goal in the 2-0 win against Atletico Madrid in the cl.
In today’s premiere league where a pacy winger often makes the day A three central defenders reinforced by two pacy corner backs is the answer. Main difference between Conte and Tuchel is the latter believes in keeping the ball in the opponent’s half hence the high pressing and aggressive use of Kante. We will see a different front three tactics when a proper center forward arrives
Conte’s 3 atb was more safe and reliable without any pressing structure which suited well with Chelsea’s defence format of park the bus…whereas Tuchel’s 3 atb was very agressive and always looking to create free passing lanes and have majority of the ball, this was helped on by his rotation of his attack.
There is no one like Conte. He is real godfather. As a Chelsea fan I always want to see him back in Chelsea hot seat. The management did not co-operate with him as they are doing now with Tuchel
Tuchels midfield squeeze horizontslly in position. You'll often see Kante playing small one two's with the right wing back and right forward to progress the ball
Kante, Kova and Jorginho are the difference. Their ability to control the midfield protects the back three. Tuchel’s stallball tactic after an attack proves an offense that is at rest tends to stay at rest.
I won’t to see why Azpi at RCB was such a weekness in the air on Conte’s team while it not being a problem on Tuchel. How has Tuchel fixed an issue so well that conte had making us forget it was even a problem. If I had to guess it would simply be a higher defensive work ethic from our front three to press quicker. We press quicker and keep more possession so of course deep balls happen less often

I'd love to see a comparison between Tuchel's Chelsea and Sarri's Chelsea. They look different but they have several things in common.
I love your videos
Great work! Time to make updated video with Lukaku.
Tuchels team is a lot younger in middle and forwards, so the young lads have the pace to play end to end football. Defending and tackling is the key here. Watch highlight of Werner dending and getting into counter attack for the 1st goal in the 2-0 win against Atletico Madrid in the cl.
i think Tuchel formation seems to be a bit more complicated, since the front 3 are not stable.
In today’s premiere league where a pacy winger often makes the day
A three central defenders reinforced by two pacy corner backs is the answer.
Main difference between Conte and Tuchel is the latter believes in keeping the ball in the opponent’s half hence the high pressing and aggressive use of Kante.
We will see a different front three tactics when a proper center forward arrives
Tuchel can play beautiful football with a defensive formation. That's the beauty of Tuchel.
Tuchel scheme is my favourite to use in Pes 6(winning eleven 10). I like to pressure the oposite team using pressure defending.
Underrated channel
Conte’s 3 atb was more safe and reliable without any pressing structure which suited well with Chelsea’s defence format of park the bus…whereas Tuchel’s 3 atb was very agressive and always looking to create free passing lanes and have majority of the ball, this was helped on by his rotation of his attack.
There is no one like Conte. He is real godfather. As a Chelsea fan I always want to see him back in Chelsea hot seat. The management did not co-operate with him as they are doing now with Tuchel
Great video🔥🔥
Can you pls tell me which background music you are using?
Pls do a video about Claudio Ranieri Leicester City title winning tatics
but also don't forget tuchel started using 3 back halfway thru the season while Conte's been using 3 back since his Italy days
Tuchels midfield squeeze horizontslly in position. You'll often see Kante playing small one two's with the right wing back and right forward to progress the ball
which background music has been used ?
love the background music
do you know its name please?
Curious question. Are you related to Dagogo Altraide of ColdFusion channel? Or are you him?
How you find that pieces with the numbers ??????
I think Matic was #21 while he was with us...great video!
lovely video, great content; but the music made me feel as if constantinople was about to be sacked again
Kante, Kova and Jorginho are the difference. Their ability to control the midfield protects the back three. Tuchel’s stallball tactic after an attack proves an offense that is at rest tends to stay at rest.
NICE ONE BRO.
Good insight for knowing Conte tactic in depth before he will come to Arsenal, there's probabilities on it
😍 3-4-3 😍
Nice analysis !
