Thanks Tom for the install video ! As many times as I've been with Branko making these installs I've never witnessed it in it's entirety...it's always...'Hey, can you go out in the trailer and grab this helix, weights, springs, tool, etc...' I swear Branko doesn't want me to see the 'black magic' that goes on ! This is the case whether we've been with Mike at Star Valley Ski Doo, Troy & Rich at LLC or in the parking lot of The 3 Rivers Motel in Alpine. Maybe our paths will cross on this years trip ?
Couple things: A- do not forget that plastic ring inside secondary helix to clutch( he said that) B- you have a ton of yellow loctite in the end of jackshaft and on stock bolt.. you gotta clean those both up and make the new Loctite grab the best. Otherwise the new loctite adheres to old stuff which does nothing and the bolt rattles out.
More pull at 8k rpm haha. Guess my 800 hooking up and ripping at 7400 rpm sucks. Haha. Its only money. Thanks for the upload. Enjoyed the watch. Cheers from ontario
Do you mean how tight? I go by feel but you can try to move your secondary clutch to feel for backlash. I’ll look into doing a video to showing how I do it.

Yah I really wanted to come up last year but I couldn’t make it work. Let’s hope this year will work out. When are you guys coming out?

Good point, but I’ve never had one back out. Not saying it can’t happen, just never seen it.

Stock, it has 2 years of warranty so I’m not messing with it until that’s expired. They are amazing stock though.
