I just wanted to jump in and thank you again for talking about carnivore. I've share that I heard an update from you in the fall of 2022 and had never heard of it before. But I recognized I had a lot wrong from menopause to mental health to skin conditions and nothing was working. It took six months to wrap my head around it and I'm so blessed that my husband joined me. In March 2023 we ramped down and were going full carnivore by April. We had a bump in the road after 8 months and learned that we can't go back to eating junk because we're full-blown sugar and carb addicts and once you go off it's hard to get back on track as an addict. But we're doing great again, and it all comes down to you being authentic and me being able to read that from you. 💝

Oh, my menopause...that is a subject that just cannot be understood until you go through it. I had a hysterectomy in 2015 and so all of a sudden I was in menopause. I have been on HRT patches from the very beginning and have done well, but it has not been easy. I am always grateful and ready to listen to anyone that has any information on the subject because there are so many symptoms that you can't even imagine. I can tell you one of the worst symptoms I experience is everything gets on my nerves. Some days are worse than others, but I pray my way through it.
I missed your live, was with the grandchildren at their swim team practice. I never skip a single video of yours. You are like a best friend and we are both southerners! My southern Mom always told me to be charming, well that is a bit old fashion but it translates to always be kind. I love your authenticity and values.

I can’t afford your Patreon right now late later maybe but at one time you said when you mentioned someone that you watched that you would list them you have yet to do that so I have to go through your transcript and try to figure out what the war is that you’re saying was they’re always misspelled automatically💞 But I would love it if you would list the people or give a link to their videos. And who is Lisa who are the people that you are talking to in this video other than John we do know him. Well thanks. I hope you can do that. Would help me a lot from having to scroll through all the transcripts and try to figure out the names. Love you.
