Alyson Court will always be my favorite Jubilee just like Claire Redfield.
Factoid: During X-Men Evolution's Development in 1999, she was originally slated to voice Kitty Pryde, but was Pregnant and couldn't work at the time.
Court took a 3 year hiatus from Voice Acting due to her Maternity and wanted to spend the early years raising her son.
Alyson Court will always be the true Jubilee to me

She was going to voice Kitty , but got Pregnant in '99 and was unable to voice act during that time. Court took 3 years off from voice acting. Mostly due to her Pregnancy and because she had become a Mother.
Court was 27 when her Son was Born. Returned to Voice acting in 2004.
Its funny how Jubilee in the X-MEN movies but is barely noticed. She was only in deleted scenes in the first two movies.

Well, most of you guys have to disagree on the same two voice actresses of Jubliee because for me, I think Chiara Zanni (From "About a Girl, Trollz, What About Mimi") has the most gorgeous voice of Jubliee in the "X-Men Evolution" series in the year (2000). And I think, I kind of like her voice, very well. It's my honest opinion.
I don't care what anyone says about her, I LOVE JUBILEE!!!!!!!!
With Alyson Court as Jubilee I always think it's Loonette the clown from The Big Comfy Couch.
