the strips are very convenient XD but the cool thing about LED's are if you need a certain color and only have white LED's you and paint the tip of your fiber optics with a sharpie and have any color you need Your Video's along with Budget Jedi's have inspired me to start sharing some of my Creations. I usually buy the large star wars vehicles and paint them and add LED's and fiber optics to make them screen accurate Now thanks to you guys I have scenes to use them in
Amazing Work!!! ......As far as a way to easily draw a semi circle tie a piece of yarn to a carpenters pencil and tie the other to a thumb tack and place the tack in the middle of your material and pull the string tights and go around and you will get a perfect semi circle or full circle depending on how far you choose to go. Also you should check ou working with fiber Optics they are extremely cheap and can really help you stretch the use of LED's. Oce Again Amazing work Hope to see more soon
Very cool way to draw a semi-circle - I'll remember that for next time! I have seen how to use fiber optics with a single LED to use less LED's but the strip was just so darn convenient :) Thanks for your comment!
if you dont mind spending 4 more dollars on foam board, you can upgrade to 1/2 inch thickness. it still warps, but its not much...im still trying to master the art of wetting the back of the board to counteract the warping haha. if money was no object you could just line the board with styrene...and ive been wanting to use lights. the mini book lights from the 99c store have a nice sci-fi look to them. im just waitng for the right project to use them in.
i'm very enamored with the idea of painting on multiple layers of glass for a beautiful 3D effect. i see a background like that and i think, wow, if only i had the time, money, talent, tools and figures... lol. as far as actually suspending han, i thought of magnets, too. not sure if that would work or not, but i would reckon some rare earth magnets might be the best bet, eh?
Hello! I created the background on photoshop by downloading a picture of pink clouds. I then cut out the bespin towers (using photoshop) from a pic on the web and put them on the picture of the pink clouds. Thanks for commenting!
There's always a cool character in every movie or show. Boba was Star Wars. Storm Shadow was GIJoes. If there was a fight between the 2. Who would win. Me and my friends here are debating. Give Storm Shadow Star Wars weapons. And let them go.
great, great job, I would've never thought about doing this dio!

I used fishing line to suspend carbonized Han. Wrap it across the back of slave one at the rear cannons and it hangs in just the right place
NICE JOB WELL DONE,,
Thank you!
