Good evening from Oregon in the United States. I wanted you to know that my husband and I spent this evening making these delicious treats for our dinner and we followed your recipe and it worked extremely well and they turned out just beautiful. I reduce your recipe a little so we only made six of them but we used just like you did lots of good things and we followed your directions and you made it so easy beautiful just beautiful and I gave two to my daughter and her fiancé for a treat and they were very happy to thank you so much for your great videos and I hope you do many many more
Hello dear Mrs. Marsha, I’m sorry that missed your lovely comment to read earlier but I am happy that you tried and shared and everyone loved it. I shared different versions over the time and hope you tried some of them. Greetings from Istanbul
Made this a few days ago done a home cooked meal instead of getting a takeaway what can I say they came out amazing everyone enjoyed now looking for something to cook next week Alhamdulilah
I did it and I simply can tell you that the dough was fantastic! My family loved it. I like that you explained carefully every detail. I'm in love with your recipe. Thank you so much 💓
I made this for dinner last night and the taste is very authentic. One thing I did not do was let the meat mixture cool to room temperature and had a mess on my hands for the first two pides. Lesson learned! Thanks for the great recipe!
This looks so good. I think I’ve seen it with the buttered edges and sprinkled sesame or black seeds on the outer borders of the pide . I have to try making this soon. You have so many great recipes. I’m in love with your channel and Turkish foods.
Thank you, for considering us, vegetarians. In india majority are vegetarians. I would add something like potato chunks or mushroom or mixed vegetables. In india we would add some more spices. We may also add carrom seeds to the dough.
I'm from Germany living in Texas. I grew up with lots of Turkish friend food and culture around me. I miss it dearly. It's my all time favorite food !! Can't find nothing even close to it here in the US.
i went to Turkey in Side and i firstly tried this out there. It was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite dishes I ever got to try. Thanks for the video ! great English skills by the way
Thank you for the recipe. I made this last night and it is delicious. I will make it again. I made your meat ones and I made a cheese one. Both of them were so good. Making this showed me I need to work on my baking skills.
Yummy recipe,I made Pide in Ramadan but although I used the uncooked qeema for filling,it tasted so good but your recipe is certainly better than the one I used. Thank you for sharing.
I once worked in a Turkish restaurant and became obsessed with the red lentil soup that my boss made using the red pepper paste. Ever since I’ve made that soup and once in a while pizza with the red pepper paste. I put it in pot roasts now and then and chicken marinades. Such a versatile ingredient!
I love watching your videos! It’s so nice to learn recipes from your country. They look very delicious and I look forward to trying them ! Thank you for sharing with us ! 😊
I love watching your videos. These look amazing I might try to make them, but I don't think that they will be as good as yours. I love visiting Turkey the people are so welcoming. Best wishes from Northern Ireland and your friend Lyn xxx
Thank you for this video, I love pide but have never tried to make it myself before. Your instructions are so helpful and so easy to follow, can’t wait to try making this for my family ❤️
Subscribed so i can learn some good recipes. Had pedé when i went to turkey this spring. So many awesome dishes i tried there. Amazing country and people and food.
Looks absolutely appetizing. I just found sucuk at an Afghanistan bazaar in California and had to try it. It’s so delicious. I will add it to my Pida instead of ground beef.
Just made this for dinner alongside red lentil soup (another great recipe) I didn't have yogurt nor pepper paste, but it was still a hit! I had extra dough, so I've ended up filling with buffallo mozzarella, olive oil and freshly ground salt & peppercorn. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
JazakAllah kardisim nice recipe im also like baking & very like your others options thanks & also fill the white souce with chicken & veges much more like your recipe afiyat olsun
My daughter loves to make bread, so I can easily ask her to make some extra dough and use that for some Pide's. I love how versatile this dish is. I have to be careful with what I eat anymore, so I can easily weigh out this dish and all my choices, (from all vegetable, to all meat, and even mixes of both!) so that I stay within my calorie intake! Fantastic!! Your food recipes are stellar! Please keep sharing them!
Another great video by Aysenur Altan! Thank you! You can have different filling. I love the one with socuk and egg on top that you can break the yolk... Like breakfast 😊
They look good, will make them soon In’sha’Allah. I often make your other recipe menemen for breakfast and it’s absolutely delicious. Last week i made lamachun, that came out pretty ok too but next time i will oven bake it rather than cooking it on the cooker top. The dough was superb though ❤.
Hello Aisha . Greeting from Canada . I like the meat and green pepper &tomato topping .. and I also made one with : pasto & mozzarella cheese topping and it was good ! Thank you for this recipe . Stay safe !
Thanks for the delicious recepie. I think the meat filling with cheese on top would be great. I am going to make these for our upcoming holidays in the states. I would love to find red pepper paste in my country, USA. Please keep sharing your wonderful videos with us, I learn so much! Blessings to you and your family ❤
@@pamelapradhan2980 hello.. I usually bake pide on 180c for 30 minutes . During first 15 minutes I bake them on middle rack only with lower coil on then next 15 minutes I bake them with upper and lower both coil on along with convection mode.... However timings may differ depending on ur oven. .or you may bake it untill you notice slight golden crust on pide 😊

Even paneer, mixed vegetables, do you eat dairy?
You can even use minced paneer and soya chunks minced

I would use finely chopped mushrooms for a vegan filling. Texturized soy protein would be another option for a vegan filling.
Made your pide meat filling for the third time now. It’s so delicious and the best I tried!! Thank you for sharing. ❤
