From romania hello.God bless your lovely mother, pide pide soo good i use to buy from turkish bakery ,now ill make it thnks to your mother for this and hugs from your mother.
I am from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. I was on a work trip to Istanbul and was able to have pide in a restaurant. OMG, it is SOOOOOOOOO good! We might try it here sometime.
That’s great! Yea we have lots of other regional and authentic dishes in Istanbul. Pide is one of them that I also take my followers when we meeet in Istanbul. Hope you enjoy the recipe
I made these pides this week, trying both versions! I shared them with. my family, and everyone loved them. Some favored the pre-cooked version, and some favored the version of minced meat in the food processor. But both versions were loved by everyone! Thank you, and I look forward to trying the other pide versions in another video. I love being in the kitchen with both of you! I am in the USA.
Aww Aysenur, what a privilege to be able to cook with mom! I will love to taste her (moms) since she's more experience and looks like she's a lovely chef, cooks with love! Both looked amazing! Enjoy your mom!
It’s very nice to see you and your mum cooking together I enjoyed the video and I hope you and all of your family enjoy the gathering and the food thank you very much for sharing us these special moments ❤
Such a precious episode . You mom is so sweet and must be really proud of you . I’m sure a lot of what you cook must have been learnt watching her . Pide recipe is amazing .,
Your mom is such a beautiful spirit. So much wisdom. I loved her style of pide with the chunky filling and thicker dough 😍 You are both amazing! Thank you for this wonderful moment you shared together ❤❤
Thank you for sharing such a loving video. It made me think of the times I cooked with my mom. How I miss those days. I love the recipe! We make similar dishes in my inherited culture (Spanish). Again thank you and have a wonderful weekend. Much kindness from the US.
The bakery style looks intriguing to me--which is how I will be trying it--but will definitely add some cheese. :) Watching you and your mother cook together was adorable! I hope to see her in more videos! Her whipping out her pides so fast made me laugh--true mom style! I can totally see this being a meal you throw together for the family when you're in a hurry.
Thanks for this recipe, I tasted this at istanbul airport restaurant on my way back to the UK 2 weeks ago. It was such a treat. Its very lovely to see you cook with your loving mom. May Allah bless her with healthy life. Also it was very nice to hear Azan in the background. My most beautiful memory about Turkiye is listening to Azan from all around at the same time. I miss it very much.
I prefer a thin, crisp crust on pizza here in the states. But, when in Turkiye I do as the Turks. I was intrigued by the way the filling expanded when you stretched the dough. Also, you implicitly gave the earlier pide a chance to expand and puff up while you made the later ones. If I were invited to your home to "test" the pide I would call it a tie between your mom's and your efforts. Afiyet olsun.
Allah bless your lovely and humble mom with good health and long life. In my opinion, she is the winner b'coz she taught you the making of tasty Pide 😊.
Was able to visit your beautiful country earlier this year. I wish my mum was still with me to cook our favourites. Enjoy cooking with her and receiving tips. These look absolutely delicious. Best wishes from Northern Ireland. xxx
Hi, watching from Blue Ridge Mountains, Western North Carolina USA. LOOKS very delicious, I would have to make both ways . I love crunchy, my husband likes soft breads😊 Your Mom is so cute😊Thank you for this delicious looking dish can't wait to try . ❤🙏

Hello Ayşenur. I loved watching this episode with your mum. Very interesting to see two ways of making pide. I also loved to see you enjoying the pide while cruising on the Bosphorus. Thank you 👏
Hello Aysenur! I think both versions are equally fantastic. Your mum reminds me of my mum always ready to give advice! Your version is quicker but your mum’s version is the good way too. Hugs and best wishes to you both . Love your mum. Greetings and TC . God Bless your hands .😋😋😋👏👏👏❤️❤️🌹🌹🇲🇹
Dear mother has beautiful hands.❤️ I will try both Pide please . It’s really interesting that the same ingredients can result in different tastes. Today I am going to try and copy your recipe for my family 🌸🌸🌸
I prefer your mum's traditional way of first cooking the meat (better for food safety) and I think I would prefer the softer dough, but your's look more professional. When I taste it, I'll make the final choice, but for now you share the first prize! 😊🌷🌷 Best wishes to you all!

What a treasure to cook next to Mom! I have to vote for Mom's style of Pide (Cantuk, if smaller, says my Turkish Husband). My main reason is that he prefers more bread (thicker) with his Pide. Me?? I would eat both and be a happy girl! Continued Best Wishes to you both!
I’m going to try and bake my pide thicker like your mother’s style this time as my children are young and I think they will enjoy the softer thicker dough 😊
