Istanbul is such a beautiful city in every season. Each of your vlogs from walking around the city are purely from the heart. You show your own passion for Turkish food and give such detailed insight to the flavours of Türkiye ❤ I was happy to see the spectrum of a new young lady following you in the sweet shop to meeting an existing follower from Singapore. You make many people happy with all of your efforts. May the new year bring you great happiness and blessings. Thank you for the happiness and beautiful Turkish food and culture that you share ❤️
Linda Istambul! Os gatos parece que são sempre bem vindos, tranquilos e gordos. Também me chamou a atenção a decoração de Natal, no Brasil é parecida, mas não tem base cultural para nós e ainda assim está presente em muitos lugares.
I have not been to Istanbul or Turkiye, love the different bazars and vibes on the streets. Some of those shop businesses were established centuries ago, during the Ottoman times. Lots of history there, love it and thanks for posting.🌹🌻🌹
Hi, I’m from Arkansas in the USA.i got interested in Turkiye in high school . I loved the layout of Turkiye, part in Europe and part in Asia. I saw my first Turkish series in 2015 on Netflix and have watched nothing but Turkish film and series since. I have learned about Turkish food, Turkish tea, Turkish coffee and found you can purchase Turkish tea glasses, tea pots and other Turkish items on Amazon. Just in the years I have been watching, the Turkish culture is changing, some for the good and some for the not so good. I do celebrate Christmas as I am of the Christian faith. Thanksgiving in November and Christmas and New Year’s as well as Easter are big family holidays in the USA. I have the weather in Istanbul on my weather app so I look at your weather everyday. Of course it is in F not C. I like your vlog very much. Have the best New Year and a fantastic 2025!
Hi! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Happy to hear you got interested in Turkish culture and more. Indeed our culture is highly influenced by the western world but still it is not wide. It might seem more on cameras and social media 🎉 happy new year
Of course you are correct, culture is exaggerated in movies and television. It is in our movies and television too. That is why I quit watching movies made in the US. The US movies leave nothing to the imagination, sex scenes are so real they have become disgusting. So i was impressed with the Turkish films love stories as they were about love and not open sex. They did leave some things to your imagination. But as The West has gotten involved in Turkish film there was a small difference, then as time goes more and more. I am sorry that is becoming the case. One thing I like is the fashion I see in the scenes. I know they will be here in a year or so. I think I would really like to live awhile in Turkiye. I love tea, actually hot and cold. We serve iced tea here with lunch and dinner. I love vegetables and fruit. The food there looks delicious. I love to cook and I have tried several Turkish dishes that I have found on Pentrest. Very delicious!
Istanbul is beautiful n the shops are a lot n it seems can buy a lot of things from kitchenware, desserts, fruits ,spices n many more, I'm from Singapore, maybe next yr can visit Turkey,l just came back from Umrah in Saudi
Hi there-i was sitting and and eating a late lunch when you passed me by in Karikoy on Dec 24th- I just returned from Istanbul Yesterday- Istanbul is gorgeous!

I love your videos . I felt like I was there with you. Very well done . Okay now back to your wonderful recipes soon. Hopefully 👍😊 have a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
Thank you...I love Winter in Istanbul... It's beautiful..I lived in Roma for years...But Istanbul is so much more in my opinion...I really love Fatih..That Women's Market by the Roman Aqueduct is unlike any other market/Butcher area on earth...Would be a great video alone roaming shop to shop...Like no other experience on earth..Mercato Trionfale in Rome is held up as the greatest thing..Like in Barcelona in the Gothic area...But Fatih..That main areas lined by trees.... Wednesday Market...Balat...The Mosques..The Bazaars..Ferry!..Europe to Asia..Truly Amazing...Sending Turkiye love.❤One day inshallah...I will die happy in that beautiful City..At peace.😊...Thank you Again.
So beautiful to see Istanbul this time of year. Definitely worth a visit round this time. Doesn't have to be in the spring or summer. Enjoy the last days of 2024.

I just discovered your channel. Thank you so much for sharing all these recipes, I will try them one after another. Starting with Menmen🙂 It all looks so delicious! I wonder if you could maybe help me find a recipe for a certain turkish yoghurt dip. I was in Gaziantep years ago. In a lot of restaurants and cafes they had a certain yoghurt dip and bread with it (as snack or appetizer). I tried ever since to make that dip but always failed the taste and could not find it on the internet. What I know is it included Yoghurt, herbs and (I am pretty sure) mint and a pinch of lemon salt. Maybe Dill?! I just found recipes for Cacik and Haydari. It was not cacik (it had no cucumbers in it) and I do not think it was Haydari either as it did not taste like feta at all. Do you maybe have an idea what this dip might have been and if it has a name I can search for? Or maybe even a recipe 🙃? Thank you so much and Happy new year to you and your loved ones!

Strongle agree 👏🏼
Istanbul is a beautiful, vibrant city. Even in winter! Might be better with less tourism. We see it hasn't escaped Western marketing of Christmas.

Did you know that New Years is of Pagan origins and as Muslims we should not participate in celebrating it.
Yes i do, and don’t myself celebrate
homemade is best. Nowadays they put all kinds of bioengineered products. Its looks pretty but its not healthy.
Can you speak German? Do you visit Germany?
I use to like ur videos. It's full off music which not good pld don't add music
Good video ,but too much music
Suratsız ve tipsiz
This is a Christian celebration, not a Muslim one, so I sincerely do not understand, what is going on with the Muslim society.
