Recipe:
4 oranges.
Strain the juice through a sieve.
500 ml of orange juice was produced.
3 medium sized eggs.
100 g sugar (1/2 cup).
Add 50 g corn starch to the orange juice.
Mix eggs with orange juice.
Boil the cream until it thickens.
Place the cream in the fridge for 1 hour to cool.
Whip 500 ml of 33% cream.
Add the cooled cream to the whipped cream and stir.
Serve dessert in bowls.
