4 lemons
300 ml lemon juice
150 grams of sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
40 g cornstarch
cooling down
500 ml cream

But the video is far too long. We do not have to watch every drop of lemon juice being squeezed. It can be cut short. Same with all the other processes.. They too could be shortened.
U don't. Others do U may want to back off the sugar and slow that hypertension down a little or smoke a joint and relax and enjoy

You may want to try to grate lemon zest from rinds instead of chocolate.
I agree. Lemon zest would bring out the lemon and be a much better visual, for me at least.

Remember to reduce your sugar and corn starch. Especially the corn starch. If not it's going to be extremely thick...

Okay, selbst wenn man sehr schnell ist schafft man das nicht in 5 Minuten aber prinzipiell ist es trotzdem ein schön einfaches Rezept und relativ schnell gemacht. Ich habe eh noch ein paar Zitronen übrig die ich schnellstmöglich verarbeiten sollte, also wird das die Tage noch ausprobiert. Ich freue mich schon darauf. Wird garantiert lecker 😋😋😍
