We don't have plans in the near future. However, supporting channels may nominate one book from the Public Domain per month to be recorded.
I think I counted (in sets of 2) 10 different Ad interruptions 😮 of a 50min story- 2.5 min of slow, lovely readings, with ABRUPT, DISRUPTING Ads turns listeners off, even who “want” to push past being PULLED out of Storyland & into the CAPITOLISTIC MARKET PLACE (louder). 😢 It’d be nice to have a YT Membership options to get past the ADS every 3-4min. NOT conducive to the FLOW of a VICTORIAN GOTHIC calm & eloquence! 🗣️💙.
Sadly, this is becoming more annoying than “used to”; I’d prefer to offer a payment that ends the Ads. Speaking of which compensates & ends the Ads. 🎉 Is that part of a subscription on the “buy me a coffee”?
For myself, I rather enjoy & prefer finding my favorite readers on RUclips. Some of the other Gothic/ VICTORIAN/OTHERWORLDLY/ Edwardian/ Detective/ Early-Mid Cent. Capers & Romp craft storytelling seem to find a way to put the Ads at the beginning (post an intro) & then at the end- I think that would help keep people sticking around & coming back. Otherwise, there is not any “constructive” comment, but all ways, otherwise enjoyable & exceptional entertainment.

None of the other audiobook channels do this- yours have a laughable and ruinous amount of ads@@gatesofimagination
The story is good but the advertising is terrible the advertising just interrupts.

I love these stories, but I do just have to say, in so many words (can’t recall the exact quote): “a monarch worth laying one’s life down for”-you Limeys and your bloody nobility- one would think Charles and his pal Saville would have shot y’all of these freaks. Totally unnatural state of affairs. At least House Jarls could be voted out and abandoned by their boat and land crews. Make the Blood Eagle Great Again!
Edit: And… come on, this WAS an odd way of finding some seconds, right? LOVE Stevenson. Can’t believe a fellow Scot would ever go in for that nobility divine right crap, though.
