What's wrong with a traditional bank? You don't need a lot of money to open a checking account with a debit card. Plus, regular banks offer prepaid credit cards, which is how I repaired my credit problems. I never had any fees associated with my traditional bank.

I remember that Rush card too. I lost $1,400. When I was living in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the time. I filed the dispute and I eventually got my money back. But it took me 2 years. Just to get $1,400 back. And to mind you I lost more because my lawyers fees had to come out. That's stupid. Rush card made me lose $5,000 on retainer. For a lawyer. I wasn't so smart back then. But I am now.
