Maximum Blaster I would say that the people that do monologues for late night talk shows like a Kimmel or Fallon write their own stuff. When Kimmel hosted I’m sure he wrote his own monologue. I’m sure when athletes host they do get stuff handed to them. Though the professional comedians are given freedom to do it themselves.
