Man yeah Evan, the all crop is in the wheat!! I love that Oliver pulling it!! Can't beat a good grease program either!! The chickens will love it!! Thats what most of mine went for as well!! Seed cleaner, have I seen this? 🤔 Well if not I hope we do!! Happy Independence Day to you as well my friend!! Look fwd to seeing what's next!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👌👌🌾🌾
Thanks Nelson! I'm glad the Oliver has the slower first gear than the Allis, I think that helped me out this time. I haven't shown the seed cleaner before, haven't needed it since I started making videos. I got enough video of it for a short, I'll try to get it put up in a few days. Man this thing goes through a lot of grease 😅😅 The book shows 75 fittings and there are actually a few more... and most of them want greasing twice a day 🙄🙄 Thank you for always watching and commenting, Nelson! Hope you have a good one, friend!
Good to see the 770 getting the work done while that 'ol 45's in the hospital. Today I'll be driving a friends D-21 in a parade. Kind of excited, never drove a 21 before!
I hope you had good weather for the parade, it rained off and on all day here. I’m glad I’ve had the 770 for backup this year. I like it more and more as i run it. I’m hoping to get back on the WD45 soon. How was red power roundup? Hope you have a good one Mike!!
@@evanaustin2636 The Red Power show was fantastic! An amazing amount of beautiful machines in attendance. The flooding that hit Spencer really sucked though. Keep going on the 45, you'll get there.
Im impressed, the old combine actually made it through all the weeds!! Looks pretty green, get it cleaned before it start to heat up. We have way too much wild radish in the oats a few years ago. Stuff wouldn't unload out of the combine, wouldn't unload out of the truck.. it got dumped in the cow lot.. the rest, we stayed away from the green radish.. but still had to clean it before it went into the bin. Thanks for the video!! Happy independence day Evan!!🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks, Ed! I came really close to plugging it a few times, but somehow it kept going. First gear on the Oliver is slower than first gear on my Allis, so I think that helped. Getting this out of the combine was a chore too, but probably not nearly as bad as what you had to deal with. Sometimes small isn't such a bad thing! Cleaning it has been a pain, my seed cleaner is small and really slow, but it did the job well enough. Thank you for watching, Ed! Hope you have a good one!
Greasing an AC 😢. I heard that slip clutch check on startup 😉😉. Sounded like some tough going. Harvest was a challenge here 🫤, still isn’t finished. Good luck.
Greasing an All Crop, the job that never ends! The slip clutch let loose a few times, thankfully I caught it before it totally plugged. I probably should have just bush hogged this a month ago, it's been more trouble than it was worth. Oh well. I hope the weather starts cooperating for you. I know it's been a lot wetter there than it has been here. Thanks for watching, Jack!
Thanks! I've got a WD45 too, but it's in the shop at the moment. It had a sleeve o-ring split and it was getting coolant in the oil. I'm hoping I can get it back together soon. Thanks for watching!
Might want to think over trying to grow wheat again? That’s the first left sided head table I’ve seen. Looks like it cleaned the green out better than expected…
I've grown wheat before and it did a lot better. This year it didn't come up well and it wasn't thick enough to beat the weeds. For some reason Allis built all their pull type combines offset to the left. The Roto Baler is the same way. A John Deere 12A combine is also offset to the left. All the rest I've seen offset to the right. Thanks for watching!
Hey i only counted 12 zerks, i think you missed some :) The 770 sounds great, and so does the combine, it's nice to have a low first gear for that. I'd try to see what kind of a loaf of bread you would get, lol. I still have some after 8 years. When i planted i went over 180#/acre, it seemed to help with the weeds. Have a great 4th! .
Definitely more than 12 zerks 🤣🤣 Greasing this thing is downright painful sometimes. I think that lower first gear saved my bacon this time, so much weed pressure. I should have been somewhere around 150 lbs per acre of seed, about the same rate as last time, but the seed I planted was old and it didn't germinate well. And I planted it late. Usually I've had pretty good luck with wheat keeping the weeds down but it just wasn't thick enough. Better luck next time hopefully. Thanks for watching, Rusty! I hope you do as well!

Look, a grease gun at work 👍😁
So many people just don't understand, grease is cheap, repairs are not!!
That's a fact! Especially when new parts aren't easy to get!
