I like it. But what's the point of having skin in PB unless you're going to crisp it up? No criticism I just don't have skin in PB so I'm going to try it anyway xx

I made this but i used Rice Vinegar and added a tablespoon of Sesame oil and a tablespoon of sriracha! Came out superb. Thanks
