    When I lived in Taiwan, I saw this sitting in slow cookers at food stalls all over the place, so you’re not too far out of line! And yes, it was heaven on earth!

    I made this but i used Rice Vinegar and added a tablespoon of Sesame oil and a tablespoon of sriracha! Came out superb. Thanks

    I love your recipe, making it for the 3rd time. This time with proper xaoxing wine and not mirin, first time with all the ingredients.
    I do have a doubt though… 8 ounces of rock sugar?? As is 220g???

    I like it. But what's the point of having skin in PB unless you're going to crisp it up? No criticism I just don't have skin in PB so I'm going to try it anyway xx

    The dish definitely tastes very good. But the music that always comes in between is totally annoying and unnecessary. So there is no thumbs up either.
