Just got the B650 Pro RS, and now I was worrying whether I wasn't missing out on not getting the WiFi model (would have had to wait an extra month for that one, even if it's just some 7 euros extra). Now I see that, while installing the WiFi is going to be a PITA, it's definitely doable, and a lot of my worries were lifted.
nothing it's plug and play ... windows have the software it's in the updates..most likely once u install Windows it will auto find this driver and all good to go

Pls reply… What did you use to screw then down tightly? My Gigabyte b 450 DSH3 Wifi motherboard’s thing that hold the antennas are loose. I need something to tighten it. I didn’t build this myself so idk how this stuff works..
u Can hand tighten yourself or just use a set of plyers to turn the nut til tight1 But if you have a socket set, you can use the number eight millimetre and take off your antenna and tighten the nut until it is tight again, that's it
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I just tried. But you know the thick thing with edges around it that you had screwed on there, but behind the gray plate? It’s sticking out of the pc and I can’t move it back in with my hand
@imtrayven370 what thick thing.. sorry I need a better description.. do u mean the back of the thread inside the io shield.. it goes antenna thread washer spring washer then nut which part is sticking put
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I didn't, because I don't want to put a wifi card, but my io shield is not aligned with the motherboard, so I don't know if the motherboard is damaged, or maybe I should move the io shield myself, or maybe take it off and put it back.
@djordjevic210_ it might be vuz it comes straight so something has happened..if u didn't remove the ioshield for wifi..then something has happened to it..cuz it comes straight and ready to install..its not like other separated io shields where u need to install the io shield first

@@MIKEYZVLOGZ Yeah, it's the asrock steel legend wifi 6e. And the roots for the antennas are around the same spot as your card. I thought you were trying to relocate them to the top. Silly me. 😆
let me try send u a link... where would u rather buy ebay or Amazon or aliexpress...this mobo didn't have any on the other slots..so I picked up a cheap heatsink with a built in fan ..but makensure still slim so it won't obstruct gpu

What did you use to unscrew the antennas from the slots at the beginning. What is that tool called?
just a 10mm socket screwdriver ...u can use a socket or 10mm spanner both will work
I have the same setup and I simply detached the antenna from the board and pulled it under the radiator.
After that what do you do? Any program to download or how to configure it on the computer?

no if u use the slot to put your antennas u don't have to..so your antennas will stick out from the slot rather then the allocated spots on io shield

I have a wifi mobo which is also steel legend and it looks a lot like this one so I was confused at first. Turns out this is a diy project. XD
