Keely is a stellar 800m runner. I'm pretty sure the only losses I've seen have been to Athing Mu, who is currently having some hamstring issues. Although I'm from the US and will be cheering for Athing at the Olympics, I really want Keely to kick some ass, too!

Are you a long distance runner? I ran marathons and trained in heat as that was indeed harder but my guess is in middle distance or shorter, the race is over before your body can get warm, making a colder environment more difficult.

@@InYourHeadChangedMan I am, but I don't live in a warm climate. I'm not acclimatized to the heat. You can always wear more layers.

@@garhong9125 I see. Yes, I am a half marathon runner, but I also live in a colder environment. The heat wipes me out.
it's also harder to run up hill, but if you do enough of it you get pretty good at it !
