วิธีทำน้ำจิ้มมะเขือเทศรสจัด / สูตร น้ำจิ้มมะเขือเทศ
Ingredients / ส่วนผสม / Grilled / ย่าง
23 pcs Cherry tomatoes / มะเขือเทศเชอรี่ 23 ชิ้น
3 pcs Roma tomatoes / มะเขือเทศโรม่า 3 ชิ้น
19 pcs fresh Thai chili / พริกไทยสด 19 ชิ้น
6 pcs green onion use the white portion / หัวหอมสีเขียว 6 ชิ้นใช้สีขาว
4 large shallots (halved) / 4 หอมแดงขนาดใหญ่ (ลดลงครึ่งหนึ่ง)
11 cloves garlic / 11 กลีบกระเทียม
a handful of cilantro / ผักชีหนึ่งกำมือ
Seasoning / เครื่องปรุงรส
2 tbsp. fish sauce / 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ. น้ำปลา
2 tbsp. anchovy sauce / 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ. ซอสแอนโชวี่
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder / 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ ผงน้ำซุปไก่
