  • Hello.
This is an edited version of John Lennon's "Working Class Hero" from the "John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band" album.
I have cut the repeated chorus and enabled it only in the end of the song, so that it has more meaning and affect.

    Well, I think so.
Actually, it does take some time to adjust to another view of this song because it is very serious.
But, the repetition of the chorus, to me, felt forced, so, this happened !

There are those that would say that the repetition in the chorus mimics the forced repetition of life in the work class. even the line is lack luster and anti climactic, its not great to be a working class hero, its something to be though... its the forced repetition of depressing word choice that ends up ringing hollow. much like existence in the working class.
to me the song doesn't feel right like this and i'd say you cut out the commentary on the state existence in the working class. That's my interpretation of it through the lens of the decades I've spent in the daily grind. To each their own. as for the video itself, pretty decent editing i'd say
