    Hi Glen I just subscribed love your work! I gave your pulled pork ago with a pulled lamb shoulder the lamb was brilliant but I reckon I need to give the pork another go.

      Hey mate, thanks for the comment! I’ve got another pulled pork video using a full Boston butt. Maybe give that one a try. I prefer this method personally as it’s not as fatty. But the method I used in the Boston butt video is hard to beat. Pulled lamb is my go to for pulled meat though. Absolutely love it.

      @@adammccreight2215 nice! Better hold onto that wife of yours mate lol. They are meant to be a great unit and to be honest, all ceramics will pretty much do the same thing. Which is pump out great bbq! the only real difference is the warranty and the accessories. I think that firehawk may have even copied the KJ dimensions so that their accessories were compatible too. Which would be awesome for you to have those options! Cheers!

    Amazing cook as always. I wish I had the spare cash for a Kamado, I'm still smoking on my webber. If you actually have left overs, I recommend tacos.

      Thanks! Just nitrile gloves mate with some kind of cross fit glove under neath for protection from the heat.

      Only a few hours mate. You can always but the heat up to push it along once it’s wrapped too.

      High mate, I think this one was from Costco but my local butcher also slows them. When he has them in stock I grab them from him.

      Hey mate, sorry I should have added that in but I can’t remember off hand. I can Normally punch these out in around 7-8 hours. Once you wrap you can up the temp as needed.

      Thanks!!! For long (ish) cooks like this, this is my standard wood set up. I don’t add more than this usually. I don’t really think it’s necessary.

      @@danieljoy7504 awesome stuff mate! I must admit, I’m a huge fan of pulled lamb. I much prefer that over pork. This rub could use a touch more salt to be honest. But I do like things salty…. So I pulled it back a bit. It’s something you can easily add after if needed but can’t take out if it’s too salty if you get my drift.
