Nice. I love doing low n slow pulled pork on my smoker with home made slaw. Great video.

Exactly what you get with videos is the luxury of time, with tv magic making time lapse quicker for the videos, lol.

The power of suggestion is not to be undermined....The chilli corn carne I was having for dinner whilst watching this suddenly started tasting like pulled pork 🤣 . Thanks for the content yet again! 👍

Would you recommend the kettle joe before jumping feet first into full ceramic number ?

Depends entirely on budget. I went from a Weber kettle and WSM to a KJ Classic and didn't regret it one bit. But if the budget isn't there for the Classic then this sure is a great middle ground

@@TheSmokinElk budget isn’t really the issue, the thing I’m worried about is the metal parts in our climate compared to ceramic

@@williammuir8901 I feel in my weber kettle all year, no problem, they are made for outside. Our the weber summit E6 komado is another choice. I have a kettle and komado love then both

I'd choose the Classic over the Kettle every time. But you'll have no worries leaving either outside all year round, they are designed for it
